Description: In recent years, the country has placed emphasis on the export of non-traditional products, for which the production matrix was changed in order to develop quality products and be able to introduce them to new markets. Consequently, this project seeks to explain how the non-traditional development has been in recent years and analyze its influence on the economic growth of Ecuador through an econometric model that will mathematically explain the relationship between the two variables. For this, a descriptive analysis of each of the variables was performed and an applied terminal econometric model was applied to Dickey-Fuller augmented (ADF), VAR, VEC, Engle-Glanger model and Johansen model in the free Gretl software. Depending on the results, non-traditional exports represent a small item that is affected by each economic problem that occurred in the country against GDP, which is a robust variable with a constant fluctuation
