| Abstract: | Este proyecto de investigación nace con la necesidad de conocer sobre el Proceso de la Planificación Financiera de la Escuela de Capacitación de Conductores no Profesionales VIPDRIVE CÍA. LTDA, además sirve de ayuda ya que ha permitido identificar de qué forma puede mejorar su rentabilidad y así saber a qué cambios se enfrenta la institución. La empresa se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Ambato, entre las calles Av. 12 de noviembre y unidad nacional. Se realizó una encuesta a los jefes departamentales, mismos que se encargan de implementar de manera adecuada la Planificación Financiera, con la finalidad de recopilar información veraz y relevante. Por otro lado se realizó una recopilación de información donde se incluye análisis Foda, se identificó las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, a su vez la realización de indicadores de gestión, los cuales nos permitieron medir la eficiencia, rentabilidad, solvencia y endeudamiento de la institución, se conoció las diferentes estrategias utilizadas por personal administrativo en los diferentes ámbitos, tales como: tecnología, infraestructura, financiamiento, adquisición de nuevos vehículos, talento humano y administrativo. Finalmente se pudo identificar conclusiones y recomendaciones que permitirán conocer las mejoras que se pueden dar a la institución. |
| Description: | This research project was born with the need to know about the Financial Planning Process of the VIPDRIVE CÍA LTDA Non-Professional Driver Training School, also helps as it has identified how it can improve its profitability and thus know what changes the institution faces. The company is located in the city of Ambato, between the streets Av. 12 de November and National Unit. A survey of departmental heads was conducted, who are responsible for properly implementing Financial Planning, in order to gather truthful and relevant information. On the other hand, a collection of information was carried out, including Foda analysis, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats were identified, as well as the performance of management indicators, which allowed us to measure the efficiency, profitability, solvency and indebtedness of The institution learned about the different strategies used by administrative personnel in different fields, such as: technology, infrastructure, financing, acquisition of new vehicles, human and administrative talent. Finally, it was possible to identify conclusions and recommendations that will allow knowing the improvements that can be given to the institution. |
