| Zusammenfassung: | Las empresas tomadas como referente de estudio para esta investigación son las Cooperativas de Transportes Interprovincial del Cantón Baños de Agua Santa, en la Provincia de Tungurahua, y el objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión financiera y el desarrollo competitivo de las mencionadas empresas. Este trabajo se enmarca en el concepto de desarrollo competitivo como segmentos de un continuo proceso de transformación, lo que implica que puedan existir cambios en las condiciones en un determinado momento que permitan a las empresas generar un progreso adecuado y competitivo. Además, en esta investigación se realiza un análisis horizontal y vertical, se calcula los indicadores financieros los cuales ayudan a comprobar el resultado explicado en el árbol de problemas, además se propone un modelo de gestión financiera acorde a las necesidades de las cooperativas de transporte interprovincial y resuelva problemas que se pudieran presentar en el área financiera. |
| Beschreibung: | The businesses taken as references of study for this research investigation are the Interprovincial Transport Cooperatives of Baños de Agua Santa County, in the Province of Tungurahua. The goal is to determine the relationships that exists between the financial management and the competitive development of the mentioned businesses. This project is part of the concept of competitive development as segments of a continuous process of transformation, which implies that there may be changes in conditions at a certain time that allow companies to generate an adequate and competitive progress. Also, in this project a horizontal and vertical analysis is performed, the financial indicators are calculated which help verify the result explained in the problem tree, in addition a financial management model according to the needs of the interprovincial transport cooperatives is proposed and issues and complications that may arise in the financial area are proactively solved. |
