Creación de la empresa de estancias turísticas adaptada para personas con discapacidad en el sector de Ulba- Baños

Abstract

The present entrepreneurship project is to offer a service of accommodation for persons with or without disability, the same one that is provided with adequacies characteristics like: ramps, signage, apartments, rooms for persons with disability. The project is focused to realize a wide market research, technician, organizational and economic financial, who allows to establish and create a project with profitability with prognosis of commercial growth and with competitiveness for the services for persons with disability. The market research reflected that in Ecuador 415.500 persons exist with disability, there realized the organizational structure of the collaborators of the project and the financing composed by two sources the proper one that is equivalent to 80.49 % and the second one across a credit that realized in the financial institution of the BanEcuador for 19.51 % remaining, which will allow to implement physically the project. So the resultant proposal is the creation of the small hotel “Balcones del Paraíso” that will allow to fulfill with the National Plan of the Good one to Live (PNBV) that it is the inclusion of the persons with disability, by means of the tourist sector adequacy strategies are promoted to the spaces and routes to realize sure tourism with orientation to the sure accommodation.
