Sistema de Seguridad Integral en la Frontera entre Ecuador y Colombia para el Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador

Abstract

El presente proyecto fue desarrollado para el Departamento de Telecomunicaciones del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador (DEPTEL), el cual se basó en el estudio y diseño de un sistema de seguridad para la frontera norte entre Ecuador y Colombia, específicamente para el control de los pasos ilegales reconocidos por las Fuerzas Armadas en la provincia del Carchi. De acuerdo a los requerimientos establecidos por el DEPTEL, el proyecto en su mayoría se adaptó en la red de telecomunicaciones existente perteneciente a Fuerzas Armadas, por lo que a esta red se añadió enlaces terminales inalámbricos de alta capacidad con tecnología IP para la comunicación con unidades militares aisladas en la frontera. Para el control y monitoreo de cada uno de los pasos ilegales registrados se instalará un sistema de videovigilancia con cámaras de alta definición y sistema autotracking que pueden ser monitoreadas remotamente. El proyecto está desarrollado bajo los requerimientos del formato SENPLADES, requisito importante para la concesión de proyectos dentro del presupuesto de Estado. ABSTRACT The present project was developed for the Department of Telecommunications of the Joint Command of the Armed forces of the Ecuador (DEPTEL), which was based on the study and design of a safety system for the north border between Ecuador and Colombia, specially for the control of the illegal steps recognized by the Armed forces in the Carchi province. In accordance with the requests established by the DEPTEL, the project mostly adapted itself in the existing network of telecommunications belonging to Armed forces, therefore he added wireless terminal linkage of high capacity to himself to this network with technology IP for the communication with units isolated on the border. For the control and monitoring of each of the registered illegal steps he will install a videovigilancia system to himself with cameras of high definition and system autotracking that can be monitoreadas vaguely. The project is developed under the requests of the format SENPLADES, important requisite for the project authorization inside the budget of the State.
