Estudio de rediseño del espacio interior de las aulas de los niveles de educación inicial I y II en la Unidad Educativa “Rumiñahui

Abstract

This research has specific objectives, analyze the existing infrastructure and the impact it has on the education of children, and to determine whether the current furniture meets appropriate for children ergonomic conditions, through the investigation of the relationship has the studio-play in open spaces and in turn investigate the color in the formative use in children early education ranging between 3 to 5 years old.

Surveys and interviews applied to all persons involved, ie, teachers, parents and specialized professionals for the development of the redesign of the classrooms of the Education Unit "Rumiñahui" Block I - Irene Caicedo city of Ambato, is showed architectural problems of these spaces because of their age and their poor spatial distribution both internally and externally, having a direct influence on the development of cognitive activities of children every year begin their education.

The result obtained in the surveys and interviews can be evidenced in the problems especially in the distribution of interior space and the discomfort of having children when using existing furniture.
