Análisis financiero y la toma de decisiones en la Asociación de Fútbol Profesional de la provincia de Tungurahua, año 2014

Abstract

This research project confronts the current developing situation nowadays in the Association of Professional Football in the province of Tungurahua, another goal of it is to regulate and monitor all soccer clubs in the city of Ambato, and the purpose is to find the flaws that directly affect the Association. This project aims to growth the economic and financial development and to reform policies and procedures in order to implement a financial analysis for proper decisions annually. For the preparation of the project the support of the Administration of the Association of Professional Football in the province of Tungurahua was obtained, for its study information from books, magazines, newspapers and the Internet was also acquired. The collected sources of information were surveys and interviews with leaders and administrators, all these led to an inadequate control of expenditure and the economic decrease.
