Zusammenfassung: El presente proyecto de investigación trata de la sostenibilidad en la gestión del turismo comunitario de San Clemente, perteneciente al cantón Ibarra durante el periodo 2020, donde se establece un análisis estadístico en base a la opinión de los comuneros, sustentado en investigaciones recientes referente, al desarrollo local y el turismo comunitario que ha impulsado el emprendimiento en la ruralidad, es así que centra el interés por identificar las condiciones de vida de un grupo de personas organizadas a través de las actividades turísticas, el manejo de los recursos naturales debido a la degradación que provoca el turismo en masas, la migración del campo a la ciudad por falta de empleo, llegando de esta manera a comprender la aplicación responsable del turismo como una alternativa, para mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad y transmitir el valor ancestral, difundir sus costumbres, tradiciones, la participación e inclusión de hombres y mujeres en igualdad de condiciones formando un equipo de trabajo, cultivando los recursos culturales como fortaleza, para luchar contra la pobreza mediante el contacto con el turista. La actividad turística comunitaria actualmente da un giro, como una elección de aprovechamiento frente a la problemática social, económica y ambiental, donde prima el capital humano y natural, dejando atrás paradigmas de explotación lucrativa, en beneficio únicamente de ciertos sectores posesionados en el servicio, la lucha no cesa por el reconocimiento y revalorización cultural, los pasos desde las organizaciones campesinas han sido agigantados, para dar a conocer al país y al mundo la riqueza desde las raíces indígenas ecuatorianas. La motivación de quienes conforman la comunidad de San Clemente en el turismo comunitario se evidencia en el proceso investigativo realizado, por la acogida e iniciativa que en cada uno de los hogares muestran a los visitantes mediante valores y principios de ética y conservación a la madre tierra
Beschreibung: This research project deals with sustainability in the management of community tourism in San Clemente, belonging to the canton Ibarra during the 2020 period, where a statistical analysis is established based on the opinion of the community members, supported by recent research regarding development local and community tourism that has promoted entrepreneurship in rural areas, thus focusing the interest in identifying the living conditions of a group of people organized through tourist activities, the management of natural resources due to the degradation that causes mass tourism, migration from the countryside to the city due to lack of employment, thus coming to understand the responsible application of tourism as an alternative, to improve the quality of life of the community and transmit the ancestral value, spread its customs, traditions, participation and inclusion of men and women in equal conditions forming or a work team, taking advantage of cultural resources as strength, to fight against poverty through contact with tourists. Community tourism activity currently takes a turn, as a choice of use in the face of social, economic and environmental problems, where human and natural capital prevail, leaving behind paradigms of profitable exploitation, for the benefit only of certain sectors possessed in the service, The struggle does not stop for cultural recognition and revaluation, the steps from the peasant organizations have been enormous, to make the wealth known to the country and the world from the Ecuadorian indigenous roots. The motivation of those who make up the community of San Clemente in community tourism is evidenced in the investigative process carried out, by the welcome and initiative that in each of the homes they show visitors through values and principles of ethics and conservation of mother earth
