Título : Los riesgos psicosociales y el clima laboral en el área administrativa del hospital del IESS Latacunga

Resumen : El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer si los riesgos psicosociales influyen en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del área administrativa del Hospital del IESS de Latacunga, en la provincia de Cotopaxi, durante el periodo abril – agosto 2020. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto de investigación se tuvo que analizar libros, normas técnicas, artículos científicos y tesis, para de esta manera obtener los fundamentos teóricos que respalden esta investigación, posteriormente se efectuó el proceso de operacionalización de variables, el instrumento de evaluación que fue utilizado para la investigación se llama evaluación de riesgos psicosociales del Ministerio de Trabajo del Ecuador, el cual está formado por 58 ítems , 8 dimensiones y 8 sub-dimensiones, el mismo que fue aplicado de manera física a una población de 39 personas. Los datos obtenidos fueron codificados e ingresados a la herramienta para la tabulación de datos del cuestionario de evaluación de riesgos psicosociales la cual genera un informe estadístico con el perfil valorativo, a su vez mostrando los niveles de riesgos psicosociales existentes en los puestos de trabajo. Por otra parte, se utilizó otro instrumento de evaluación para medir el clima laboral llamado Escala de clima organizacional (EDCO) que consta de 40 preguntas, y 8 sub-escalas, de la misma manera ser aplico de forma física a los colaboradores, obteniendo datos los cuales fueron codificados y tabulados. También se utilizó el método coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para analizar e interpretar los datos, el cual acepta la hipótesis alternativa H1, esto quiere decir, que los riesgos psicosociales si influyen en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del Área Administrativa del Hospital IESS Latacunga.
Descripción : The purpose of this research work was to establish whether psychosocial risks influence the working environment of employees in the administrative area of the Hospital of the IESS of Latacunga, in the province of Cotopaxi, during the period April - August 2020. For the development of this Research project had to analyze books, technical standards, scientific articles and thesis, to obtain in this way the theoretical foundations that support this research, subsequently the process of operationalization of variables, the evaluation instrument that was used for the Research is called psychosocial risk assessment of the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador, which is made up of 58 items, 8 dimensions and 8 subdimensions, which was physically applied to a population of 42 people. The data obtained were coded and entered into the tool for tabulating data from the psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire, which generates a statistical report with the assessment profile, which in turn shows the levels of psychosocial risks in the positions of job. On the other hand, another evaluation instrument is required to measure the work environment called Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO) that consists of 40 questions, and 8 subscales, in the same way that it is applied physically to the collaborators, obtaining data which were coded and tabulated. You can also analyze Spearman's correlation coefficient method to analyze and interpret the data, which accepts the alternative hypothesis H1, which means, what psychosocial risks if it affects the working environment of the employees of the Administrative Area of the IESS Latacunga Hospital
