Resumen : The raspberry (Rubus rosifolius Sm.) has become a very appetizing fruit and demanded nationwide due to the benefits it brings both in health and in the economy of society. This species has been able to adapt to the soil conditions and Ecuadorian climate, despite not being native. Its spread in the field has been affected by the age and loss of quality of the mother plant. For this reason it is necessary to perform their rejuvenation and micropropagation in vitro, which will allow the community to provide improved plants and fruits. For this purpose, different protocols were proposed at each stage. In the disinfection phase, two treatments T1 (presence of antioxidants) and T2 (absence of antioxidants) were tested; introduction T1 (6-Benzylaminopurin (BAP), 1mg for L, antioxidants), T2 (BAP 1.5 mg for L, absence of antioxidants); multiplication T1 (BAP 1 mg for L), T2 (BAP 1.5 mg for L) and T3 (BAP 2 mg for L); and rooting T1 (BAP 1 mg for L; Indolbutyric acid (AIB) 1 mg for L), T2 (BAP 1 mg for L; AIB 2 mg for L), T3, (BAP 1.5 mg for L; AIB 1 mg for L ), T4 (BAP 1.5 mg for L; AIB 2 mg for L), T5 (BAP 2 mg for L; AIB 1 mg for L), T6 (BAP 2 mg for L; AIB 2 mg for L). Different variables were evaluated and the treatment that presented the best results for each of the stages was chosen: disinfection T1, introduction T1, multiplication T3, and rooting T5. The treatments chosen allowed obtaining the final protocol for raspberry micropropagation.
