Resumen : The present project focuses on investigating the knowledge that educators have on the subject: "Early Stimulation as a learning strategy to avoid Childhood Respiratory Diseases", was carried out in the province of Cotopaxi - Latacunga, to MIES professionals, has as objectives: State the level of knowledge that the educators possess based on the results obtained from the previous stage carried out in the period September 2018 -February 2019, in the same way a guide of activities focused on the prevention and identification of symptoms of respiratory diseases directed for children. It is concluded, after having tabulated the data, that the MIES educators of the province of Cotopaxi the majority if they have knowledge about: Early Stimulation, its benefits and the moment of application in which it must be carried out over 2 years, finally He analyzed the knowledge acquired by the educators himself, however, they are unaware of whether the Early Stimulation programs are global. On the other hand, it was evidenced that their knowledge about Respiratory Diseases are: common diseases, their way of contagion and how to avoid respiratory disease, however, most educators are unaware of the most affected age group.
Descripción : El presente proyecto se enfoca en indagar sobre el conocimiento que tienen los educadores sobre el tema: “Estimulación Temprana como estrategia de aprendizaje para evitar Enfermedades Respiratorias Infantiles”, se llevó a cabo en la provincia de Cotopaxi – Latacunga, a profesionales del MIES, tiene como objetivos: Enunciar el nivel de conocimiento que poseen las educadoras en base a los resultados obtenidos de la anterior etapa realizados en el período Septiembre 2018 -Febrero 2019, de igual manera se elaboró y socializo una guía de actividades enfocadas en la prevención e identificación de síntomas propios de las enfermedades respiratoria dirigida para niños. Se concluye, después de haber tabulado los datos, que los educadores del MIES de la provincia de Cotopaxi la mayoría si tienen conocimiento sobre: Estimulación Temprana, sus beneficios y el momento de aplicación en el que se debe realizar mayores de 2 años, finalmente se analizó el conocimiento adquirido por las educadoras el mismo, sin embargo, desconocen sobre, si los programas de Estimulación Temprana son globales. Por otra parte, se evidenció que sus conocimientos sobre Enfermedades Respiratorias son: enfermedades comunes, su manera de contagio y como evitar una enfermedad respiratoria, sin embargo, la mayoría de educadores desconocen el grupo etario más afectado.
