| Resumen : | El sector textil de la provincia de Tungurahua es una de las principales actividades productivas en la generación de fuentes de empleo. Está directamente relacionado con las redes productoras y el desarrollo económico territorial, lo cual aporta con 33 ramas productivas y permita que exista incremento en la integración asociativa del sector. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el marco del proyecto de investigación “El emprendimiento asociativo y el desarrollo económico territorial del sector textil en la provincia de Tungurahua” con el objetivo de conocer la situación actual del sistema productivo local como elemento dinamizador del mercado laboral en el sector textil. La metodología del paradigma constructivista surgió a través del desarrollo cognitivo a partir de la construcción de ideas y utilizando un enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, con la finalidad de obtener resultados fiables y apegados a la situación actual que atraviesa el sector. El estudio se realizó a 378 empresas textiles de los 9 cantones pertenecientes a la provincia Tungurahua. El análisis del sistema productivo local del sector textil determinó que la industria textil se ha incrementado a nivel local y nacional, sin embargo, existe informalidad e individualismo entre las diferentes empresas del sector por lo que se plantea estrategias y políticas para el fomento del sector textil de la provincia buscando que exista competitividad en el mercado y mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias de las empresas que conforman el sector textil. |
| Descripción : | The textile sector of the province of Tungurahua is one of the main productive activities in the generation of employment sources. It is directly related to the production networks and territorial economic development, which contributes with 33 productive branches and allows for an increase in the associative integration of the sector. The research was developed under the framework of the research project "The associative entrepreneurship and territorial economic development of the textile sector in the province of Tungurahua" with the aim of knowing the current situation of the local productive system as a dynamic element of the labor market in the sector textile. The methodology of the constructivist paradigm arose through the cognitive development from the construction of ideas and using a qualitative-quantitative approach, in order to obtain reliable results and attached to the current situation that the sector is going through. The study was carried out on 378 textile companies from the 9 cantons belonging to the Tungurahua province. The analysis of the local productive system of the textile sector determined that the textile industry has increased locally and nationally, however, there is informality and individualism among the different companies in the sector, so strategies and policies are proposed for the promotion of the textile sector of the province looking for competitiveness in the market and improving the quality of life of the families of the companies that make up the textile sector. |
