Zusammenfassung: The objective of the case analysis was to analyze the influence of nursing interventions on the recovery of a patient diagnosed with positive TB from the Ambato General Teaching Hospital, since this pathology is of an infectious, transmissible nature considered as an important health problem both for the number of people infected as per the number of deaths that result from non-compliance with treatment protocols. For the development of the case study, an analytical, descriptive and field methodology was used with which we proceeded to analyze the clinical history of a 58-year-old patient with both biological and environmental risk factors for the development of tuberculosis. The investigation allowed us to conclude that the nursing staff is fundamental in the recovery of the patient with positive Bk Tuberculosis since their action in both the hospital and extrahospital environments ensure the complete eradication of the bacteria of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex in the patient and its spread towards the patient. community, therefore it was proposed the development of a guide of extrahospital care for the patient with tuberculosis that allows to cope with the pathology and treatments through self-care and the adoption of responsible behaviors regarding their health and that of their immediate environment.
Beschreibung: El análisis de caso tuvo como objetivo analizar la influencia de las intervenciones de enfermería en la recuperación de un paciente con diagnóstico de Tuberculosis Bk positiva del Hospital General Docente Ambato, pues dicha patología es de carácter infecciosa, transmisible considerada como una importante problemática sanitaria tanto por el número de personas infectadas como por el número de muertes que se desprenden del incumplimiento de los protocolos de tratamiento. Para el desarrollo del estudio de caso se empleó una metodología analítica, descriptiva y de campo con la que se procedió a analizar la historia clínica de un paciente de 58 años de edad con factores de riesgo tanto biológicos como ambientales para el desarrollo de la tuberculosis. La investigación permitió concluir que el personal de enfermería es fundamental en la recuperación del paciente con Tuberculosis Bk positiva ya que su accionar tanto en el ambiente hospitalario como extrahospitalario aseguran la erradicación completa de las bacterias del complejo Mycobacterium tuberculosis en el paciente y su propagación hacia la comunidad, por ello se propuso la elaboración de una guía de cuidado extrahospitalario para el paciente con tuberculosis que permita sobrellevar la patología y los tratamientos a través del autocuidado y la adopción de comportamientos responsables respecto a su salud y la de su entorno inmediato.
