Resumen : The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the intraoperative pain control through the use of NSAIDs (ketoprofen, meloxicam and ketorolac), administered intravenously to continuous dripping in spay. In 54 female canines, which were randomly divided into 9 groups of 6 individuals: ketoprofen (F1) 0.5mg / kg, 1mg / kg, 1.5mg / kg; meloxicam (F2) 0.025mg / kg, 0.05mg / kg and 0.1mg / kg and ketorolac (F3) 0.12mg / kg, 0.2mg / kg and 0.5mg / kg, Heart Rate (HR), Respiratory Rate (RR), Oxygen Saturation (SPO2), Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) and Temperature were used to determine its beneficial effect on pain. In addition, the degree of postoperative analgesia was assessed using the modified Glasgow scale. The NSAID measurement profile for liver and nephrotoxicity was applied: Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), Blood uremic nitrogen (BUN) and Creatinine (CREA), before and after each procedure. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) of all variables was performed using INFOSTAT / free version 2016 and the means comparison was performed using a Tukey test at 5%. When applying the modified Glasgow scale, all groups had low pain scores. The best results were the treatments F1D2 = ketoprofen 1mg / kg and F2D3 = meloxicam 0.1mg / kg, minimal variation was observed in most somatic markers for pain. No variation was observed in applied NSAID protocols, thus validating the use of ketorolac, meloxicam and ketoprofen applied to continuous drip in the anesthetic maintenance phase. Key words: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Visceral pain, elective surgery, anesthesiology, algiology, Canis lupus familiaris, Glasgow scale.
