Zusammenfassung: This research project, can verify an existing relationship between the price of a barrel of oil and the General State Budget, it focuses on demonstrating in detail each of these variables and changes in the Ecuadorian economy.Of databases, which has been collecting them are: Prices Oil Barrel both monthly, and yearly; and how they are expressed in different Ecuadorian crude. In addition, tax revenues and expenditures, so further their percentages by item. Research shows that if you have fallen the price of a barrel of oil, the State Budget will decrease, but participation is not high, is lower than non-oil revenues shown numerically percentage are the most important source for the country. By means of an econometric model the relation between the Price of the Eastern Crude and the Price of the Napo Crude can be established with the General Budget of the State. You can reach the conclusion that in Ecuador the Central Government finances its operations mainly with revenues from the Revenue rather than oil exploitation, but still can not meet cover a deficit every year since 2010, it is increasingly high.
