Abstract: | This research work was carried out in order to inquire about "The evaluation criteria and qualitative rating of the initial level. The primary basis of this research was to show that arise evaluation criteria within qualitative rating of the initial level for sublevels 1 and 2. This research work was to determine the incidence of the evaluation criteria in qualitative rating of the initial level school basic education "Sports Federation Cotopaxi" parish El Carmen, canton La Mana, Cotopaxi province. Which was relevant to the application of a survey to teachers for students observation and observation sheet containing the same research topic they addressed to questions. The results showed that in the field concerning the qualitative assessment and criteria, there is difficulty in teachers to raise criteria for qualitative evaluation to make a true assessment to infants and their development, and that teachers do not use assessment tools that values participation, cooperation and creativity of the student, as an evaluation is maintained at the work done in worksheets leaving aside the true ability of the student should be the very essence of the evaluation. |
