Los indicadores de gestión y la toma de decisiones en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda., de la ciudad de Ambato

Abstract

The investigation shows the incidence of Management Indicators in the Decision Making of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda., to the enforcement of this investigation project it was based in gathering information of knowledge about the variables being under study, through methods such as: observation and surveys; those which were applied to the collectors related to the study object, in this way it was made a preliminary assessment of the problem and its surrounding, with the aim of defining shortcomings in using of management indicators and factors that interferes in the decision making in order to be able to perform a special evaluation so that give practical and timely solutions to achieve a correct evaluation of the administrative management of the Cooperative. A measuring instrument that allows solving the problem inside the company is the management indicators design, that being a fundamental instrument to the decision making, it helps as a tool to control the level of efficiency, efficacy and quality of the Cooperative
