Resumen : The origin of this investigation came from the knowledge of the no use of bits of intelligence related to audio and oral English skills in the institution; this is why deficiencies in the learning process appeared, so there was the necessity of working with a critical and propositional paradigm, as well as with an explorative and descriptive level which had been in search of the determination of the bits of intelligence impact in the audio and oral English skills development of the students of the first level of primary education in Nicolas Martinez Primary School from Ambato. Therefore, it was also used a qualitative-quantitative method with a field and bibliographic research intended for finding the causes and effects of the problem and its solution. To gather more information, it was used the observation and interview techniques; the first one was an observation sheet for the students, and the second one an interview to the teacher. The research results were tabulated and graphed using Microsoft Excel, and then the results were analyzed and interpreted to immediately have conclusions and recommendations written. Consequently, the creation of the proposal was next, which is a didactic guide with bits of intelligence. The bits of intelligence are the ideal tool to develop the audio and oral English skills in children. Furthermore, they help to increase the intelligence, curiosity, creative memory and interest to learn, as well as their intellect gets stimulated in an audio and visual way. For this reason, the development of specific and communicative activities is part of the proposal, finding a progress in the use of didactic tools directed specifically to children of the institution and helping to be practical economically and rewarding in knowledge at the same time.
