Abstract

The company Dayantex Laundry and Dry Cleaning "has as main activity the service of washing and dyeing fabric in jeans and started commercial activities in 2004. During that time have been able to distinguish the different stages of market introduction getting adapted to different changes, and leaning on each of its resources, is of utmost importance as human talent, the same that is currently under evaluation and growth, therefore it is necessary to take strategic actions to achieve an appropriate and steady development, for the welfare and safety of each of the partners. It is for this reason that this worked research is focused on occupational safety to provide an excellent quality of life to the company personnel and achieved their performance is efficient and is not affected by the misuse of protection in each activity performed. The data collected in the field research applied to the staff of the company shows that the development of a plan of prevention of occupational hazards is needed to improve the performance of its employees. Because of this research proposal focused on identifying and designing a prevention plan that improves handling machinery, handling of chemicals used, as well as the proper use of protective equipment that will help in preventing accidents and risks that can have in the workplace.
