Item Diseño de Packaging para la comercialización de bebidas fermentadas ancestrales El Chaski en la ciudad de Ambato(2024-08) Punina Manobanda, Alexis Damian; Maldonado Chérrez, Carolina ElizabethEl objetivo principal del presente proyecto integrador es el diseño de packaging para la marca Chaski. La problemática por solventar es la presentación inadecuada de las bebidas fermentadas ancestrales al público, ya que actualmente no tienen una buena presentación y solo se venden en envases genéricos o reutilizables. Este problema se soluciona con el diseño de packaging que incluye elementos representativos de la cultura, como patrones geométricos, colores que representan la naturaleza y la materia prima del producto. La metodología utilizada es tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa. La metodología cualitativa se aplicó a través de entrevistas a diseñadores gráficos, especialistas en packaging, productores de bebidas e ingenieros en alimentos, mientras que la metodología cuantitativa se utilizó para recolectar datos mediante encuestas.Item El Packaging en la consolidación de identidad cultural de las bebidas ancestrales de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Therefore, the following research has been proposed to help in the consolidation of the cultural identity of the ancestral drinks. Through the development of a packaging design suitable for this type of drinks is to solve this problem. In the research, a methodology was developed with a mixed approach that links quantitative and qualitative data so that, with the help of the population being studied and that is a beneficiary and of the expert professionals in their area, the characteristics and properties of a packaging that consolidates the cultural identity of the 10 ancestral drinks analyzed and detailed as their ingredients, preparation and data relevant to the culture and then used as inspiration elements for the proposed prototype since it is based on the Panzaleo culture that one of the roots of the city of Ambato; rescuing their pitchers and clay pots with characteristics and unique shapes that many people of the current generations are unaware of.Item El packaging forma - función, en la conservación de la mora de los productores del Cantón Tisaleo.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Diseño Gráfico Publicitario., 2018-04) Tedes Arellano, Evelyn Andrea; Páez Ortíz, Mauricio IsmaelTungurahua is the only Province of the Ecuadorian territory that owns Mora de Castilla organic crops, being Tisaleo the canton that has an ample production of this fruit, generating at the same time a high demand of packaging for its transfer, conservation and commercialization. The problem that this research intends to address has to do with the lack of knowledge of the packaging that can be used for the harvest, transportation and commercialization of the delay, the lack of this knowledge has produced a deficient process management starting with the use of inadequate packaging that does not maintain the physical properties of the fruit in the course of the distribution and marketing chain. The research focuses on investigating the harvest, transfer and marketing of the Mora de Castilla produced in the canton Tisaleo and the packaging currently used for the different processes of harvesting, transportation and packaging for marketing to establish and design a package that ensures the quality of the product and attract the attention of the consumer. The study of these processes will help to identify possible materials and supplies to develop a packaging that meets the quality standards necessary for the conservation of the product and that at the same time allow the differentiation of the product in the market, finally seeks to increase the commercial value of the producers of the canton Tisaleo. That is why it is essential to determine a package for the Mora de Castilla produced in the canton Tisaleo using for its construction graphic design tools, technical and ergonomic standards to ensure proper distribution of the product from its harvest to its final delivery.Item Diseño de packaging personalizado con la utilización de la técnica Scrap Festa para la decoración de eventos(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Packaging has been taken for granted and relegated to just be used to envelopes or wrappings and container, but it can have alternative uses to create unique pieces for decoration, combining the vision of packaging and its application for the users, by using dies, cutting marks and folding marks, graphic design and a variety of materials try to create a different and innovative approach. This drinks are consumed in traditional and familiar parties. However the wish of conserve them have been affected by a deficient marketing, quality and technics rules that is necessary for the production of this typical drinks of Ecuador. It has been made the present research putting like principal objective determine the identity characteristic of Pájaro Azul craft drink, by mean of an analysis of the influence in the buy decision from the young people to establish an own brand of liquor. On this way the drink gonna show up in front of the customers and gonna better the commercialization. From the approach of the research, the variables are based on the scientific contribution of some authors. With this results has been establish like conclusions that the develop of the brand and the respective manual is based in the concept, needs, importance, meaning, chromatic, style and typologies has been produced before. Through the creation of the identity of Pájaro Azul, it could offer an industrialized product that be different to the others products with an accessible price. This gonna be distributed in wholesaler markets with sales strategies that let have the first position there. The characteristics of this drink have a competitive advantage because of the customers recognize the product and the specific flavor of this liquor that has been a brand through over the years.
