    Corresponsabilidad parental en la crianza de niños, niñas, y adolescentes trabajadores (Proyecto ETI)

    Parental co-responsibility is one of the aspects little investigated within Ecuadorian families, despite the fact that it is a variable that has greater influence and impact within the comprehensive development and growth of children and adolescents. The intention of this research is to point out the impact of the parental co-responsibility that the father and mother maintain in the process of raising the sons and daughters who belong to the GAD-Izamba ETI Project. The methodology used was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. 56 parents participated in the analysis, of which 22 were fathers and 34 were mothers. A sample evaluated from an instrument previously designed by the author of the research, which consists of 15 items to acquire relevant information and coefficients on parental co-responsibility and parenting, with a different Likert scale that varies according to the need. of the question. The results reflected that a very low percentage of the population shares parenting tasks and family responsibilities, represented by 14% almost always and another 14% always, therefore, these are quite worrying data that are due to the persistence of gender roles. traditional, which limits the quality of time and coexistence shared between parents and children. This lack of co-responsibility arises in response to the need to address this challenge holistically. Since the equitable distribution of responsibilities between fathers and mothers is essential to guarantee a healthy and conducive environment for the comprehensive development of children and adolescents. This aspect seeks not only to improve the life realities of children and adolescents, but also to provide a solid foundation for their future. It is worth mentioning that the practice of parental skills such as affection, communication, discipline and time together contribute beneficially to positive parenting that leads to a culture of care and shared responsibility, thus preventing only one parent from assuming all the obligations and attributing to a more equitable society

    Medidas de protección en violencia intrafamiliar y su aplicabilidad para los hombres por aspectos de la masculinidad en la jurisdicción Ecuatoriana

    Protection measures in domestic violence and their applicability for men due to aspects of masculinity in the Ecuadorian jurisdiction" is a research topic for the degree work that is incorporated into the Research Project "INTRA-WORK AND EXTRA-WORK PATHS OF WOMEN ACADEMIC IN TELEWORK AND IN-PERSON MODALITY; FROM A GENDER PERSPECTIVE.” It focuses on the analysis of protection measures in cases of domestic violence, with special attention to how masculinity and gender roles influence the administration of justice, which seeks to understand the dynamics of domestic violence from a legal and social perspective. The importance of the topic lies in the need to ensure the safety and protection of victims of domestic violence, as well as to understand the underlying factors that can influence the effectiveness of protective measures. The main objective of the study is to explore how masculinity and gender roles can affect the perception and application of protection measures by judicial authorities. The methodology used is based on an explanatory and qualitative approach. The inductive-deductive method and documentary-bibliographic technique, interviews with experts on the subject and a deductive method were used to analyze and understand in depth the phenomenon studied. This methodology was selected due to the complex and multifaceted nature of the topic, requiring detailed analysis of the perceptions and experiences of various stakeholders. The results revealed that the perception of masculinity and gender roles can significantly influence the application of protection measures. It was found that, in some cases, gender stereotypes can bias the perception of judicial authorities and affect the effectiveness of protection measures. In addition, gaps were identified in the implementation of these measures, especially with regard to the care and protection of victims. In conclusion, the need to raise awareness among judicial authorities about the importance of addressing gender dimensions in the administration of justice, as well as to implement policies and programs that promote equitable application, is highlighted. Continued research in this area is recommended to develop more effective strategies to prevent and address domestic violence in all its forms

    La vida conyugal y el derecho a la integridad fisica de la mujer indigena del pueblo Chibuleo

    The purpose of this research topic is to recognize the rights to physical integrity that prevail within the indigenous community of the town of Chibuleo and its applicability within it, it should be noted that it focuses on how cultural norms and traditional practices affect these rights. and above all the quality of life that indigenous women have within this community. The theoretical framework includes an exploration of the literature on human rights, specifically in relation to indigenous women and the sociocultural aspects of the Chibuleo people. The different concepts of married life, indigenous marriage and the functions and obligations within the marital bond are examined. In addition, women's rights are evaluated in terms of education, health, political and social participation, as well as their labor rights and personal integrity. To collect data, a qualitative research approach is used that includes surveys, interviews and participant observation as a methodology. The study sample includes indigenous women belonging to the Chibuleo community, as well as community leaders and local authorities. According to the findings, indigenous women of the Chibuleo people face significant obstacles in terms of gender violence and their access to the judicial system. Sometimes, traditional practices and cultural norms can generate contradictions with human rights established by national legislation. Although this is the case, efforts can be seen on the part of the community to improve the situation and guarantee women's rights. The analysis highlights the importance of reconciling respect for cultural traditions with the safeguarding of human rights. The consequences of ancestral customs on the marriage relationship are analyzed and measures are suggested to promote a safer and fairer environment for native women. To ensure that indigenous women of the Chibuleo people can live in a safe and secure environment, it is essential to encourage communication between different cultures and facilitate mutual understanding

    In the present research work, the non-experimental methodology has been taken as a reference, a quantitative modality of exploratory scope, descriptive and correlational, since the objectives set out in the present study are taken into account, as well as a bibliographic review, which favored have information from highly reliable and updated sources related to the two research variables. In this work, the Questionnaire for Measurement of Empowerment in Women (IMEM) was used with the objective of determining the empowerment index in the participants who are occupying hierarchical positions and middle management to know the existence of the glass labyrinths, at their Once the Gender Ideology Scale (EIG) was applied to give greater significance about women and the barriers they may encounter when performing or accessing a position of high responsibility in the Municipal GAD of Ambato. The different approaches about the limitations and gender discrimination that women have had to go through throughout history has meant that today there are a number of organizations that fight for equal opportunities between men and women, these Organizations make known to a macho society the multiple roles that women play, such as being a woman, mother, wife, worker among others, which makes women have greater ability to function in many areas without the need to neglect any facet , which is not well seen by male society, which determines that women should be in the care of the home and children or that they play inferior roles in the workplace and that they do not have the same opportunities as a man has to agree to occupy high-profile positions because they feel that women do not have that leadership or decision-making capacity. The women has the ability to access positions at a higher hierarchical level or middle management, and will depend on various aspects such as adequate academic and professional training. The type of personality traits, which makes women today perform jobs that formerly only men did.

    La semiótica del videojuego en la percepción de género en los adolescentes

    To begin with the compendium of the video game is currently intuitive; that is to say that for the players in question of playability it does not need an instructive guideline. In addition to this, the visual perception of male and female complexions refers to aspects beyond their clothing, but also to the fact that they reproduce behaviors rooted in a gender conception. In this way, the video game projects a spectacularization in relation to the perception of the world. However, the virtual representation of the game that it constitutes in the gamer, has semiotic implications in the foundation of the gender role according to the preferences and attitudes of the same. Due to this, this study reflects the perceptions, behaviors, gender backgrounds of the main and adjacent characters of the video game "Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar North, 2013". In this way, the experimental achievement in players / ras is a reference for analysis to establish dynamics in the constructions of symbolic arguments as a means of information about the conception of the video game. Substantially, ludological structures of characters are analyzed from cinematographic sequences and the video game interface is categorized between the user. Along with this, discover the repercussions that they entail in the conception of gender. In this way, conclusions were generated regarding the use of the video game and mainly, the independent assessment in aspects of gender projection in players / ras; through methodologies and theories that address later studies

    Roles de Género y resililencia de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Unviversidad Técnica de Ambato

    The research aims to determine how gender roles affect the resilience of students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato, where the main problem is the inequality in the distribution of assigned tasks according to the gender role; it emerges by cultural, family or religious stereotypes, manifesting from generation to generation, since men and women have been forced to assume activities that society has imposed. The action of the Social Worker is of great importance to lead to the mitigation of social problems, assuming his role with responsibility and professional ethics. This research was based on the collection of information, through reliable sources through scientific research, digital journals, etc., as well as various methods such as observation, surveys and the systematization of information. The general objective was to determine the incidence of the role of gender in the resilience of the students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato. Also in the study, a sampling of 280 students of said faculty was used. The results determined that there is an incidence of gender roles in the resilience of students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato, concluding that the population under study has a high level of resilience, this is due to the sexist attitudes. This problem was verified through analysis, instruments and calculation of the Spearman correlation coefficient. The proposal that was generated after the investigation was the elaboration of a "Plan of Gender Equality", addressed to the students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, in order to execute programs and activities to prevent the sexist attitude and improve gender equity.

    Familiar life in Cunchibamba is presente as a reflection of ecuadorian, provincial and cantonal context. Mother is the person to whom the formulation of rules of conduct and discipline of children is delegated; who establish norms, values, behaviors, habits, customs associated with being and acting that society expects of every human group. Assumes liability using methods and fast and effective strategies to the oversight role of the father and the urgency of responding to social models imposed, punishes and inhibits dialogue. In this context, women and men show little taste for the exercise of roles associated with their nature, the two human groups exposed their interest in working; In contrast, domestic tasks remain unrecognized, are evident as learn work like any other.
