Item Factores familiares de riesgo y el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas de los moradores del Barrio la Urbina del Cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2019-01) Espinoza Carrasco, Jessica Macarena; Pino Loza, Eulalia DoloresThe purpose of the research is to identify the family risk factors that affect the consumption of psychoactive substances of residents of the neighborhood of Urbina Canton Ambato. Methodology. For the realization of the present investigation a descriptive quantitative approach is considered because a survey can be used to obtain information on family risk factors and their influence on the consumption of psychoactive substances. Results In the present investigation, 35 residents made up of men and women who have been selected through a sample of 100 residents, corresponding to 45 women and 55 men who are present in the neighborhood of Ambato canton city, Francisco Flor y Juan street. Benigno Vela Data are published in the sector. Conclusions Evidence of family risk factors such as family disorganization, family conflict, domestic violence, lack of discipline and family supervision, norms and punishments related to the use of psychoactive substances, social isolation of the family, the increase in family level, few expressions of affection, lack of respect and discipline are risk factors that affect the consumption of psychoactive substances.Item La migración y el cambio cultural en las familias de migrantes de las comunidades de la zona de Tigua parroquiaGuangaje cantón Pujilí provincia de Cotopaxi(2018) Cuyo Vega, María Isabel; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoABSTRACT In Ecuador, migration is a topic of national interest because of its social, political and economic dimensions that lead to this social phenomenon that has had positive impacts on the increase of the country's economy, but most of them have negatively affected members of migrant families. The study of this phenomenon and its impacts, has much emphasis on the social problems that affect stability and the adoption of a new cultural behavior of the families of Ecuadorian migrants are the subject of this thesis work. The research was conducted in the province of Cotopaxi, in the canton of Pujilí, Guangaje parish in the Tigua area in the 12 communities belonging to the area. The present research work needs to define the concept of migration, in addition to identifying and analyzing the different impacts that the topic entails. Therefore, it describes the cultural behavior in the families of migrants from the communities of the Tigua area and also shows an analysis of certain types of migration that exist in the area. Finally, it is intended to make the proposal of a digital radio program whose main objective is to mitigate the problem before this conflict, which consequently causes the change of socio-cultural behavior in the inhabitants of the 12 communities of the same area. As a research methodology we chose the qualitative method, the instruments used for the data collection were semi-structured interviews, testimonies and visual evidence that the Tigua area has presented over the years. The interviews were conducted with the leaders of the CITIGAT organization, community councils, men and women, the elderly, the latter a random sample was made. At the end of this research work with the theoretical and methodological work suggested and also direct observation will serve as a reference for future work in this area.Item La salud pública en el régimen constitucional del buen vivir y las adicciones a sustancias estupefacientes y psicotrópicas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2017-03) Espinosa Vaca, María Gracia; Tite, Segundo RamiroThe present research is focused on the study and application of the regulations established for the control, consumption, treatment and rehabilitation of addicts to narcotic and psychotropic substances in Ecuador by comparing national and international legislation. The importance of the research focuses on the total application of the regulations established in legal instruments, taking into account the increase in addiction rates that have developed over the years in Ecuador, taking into account how it has been Developed a new model of government management complex and fully linked to the laws in this case that provide guarantees and are protective of rights through the new Ecuadorian Constitution. Thus, through the present investigation has been investigated with respect to the negative effects caused by addictions and how they develop and result in a public health problem that involves and requires the attention of the state and the application of the regulations Constitutional law that establishes the attention for this case. This work has been developed through the application of research strategies in order to obtain true information and collaborate for future studies of this subject.
