Item Conciliación familiar y el rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-08) Lascano Naranjo, Dayana Micaela; Altamirano Altamirano, Silvia JovannaThe study of the reconciliation of work and family life is an aspect of essential interest in the organizational environment, due to the consequences it can have on the functioning of the organization and specifically on work performance. For this reason, a research was developed with the objective of determining the influence of work-family conciliation on the work performance of the workers of the Company Gala Importations. It was carried out with a quantitative methodological approach and was of a descriptive-correlational type. The population consisted of 50 workers belonging to this company. The instruments used in the collection of information were the Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire (CCTF), by Blanch and Aluja (2009), through which the independent variable "Family and work reconciliation" was evaluated, and the Individual Work Performance Scale, in its adapted version by Gabini and Salessi (2016), in the evaluation ofthe dependent variable "Work Performance". Work-family reconciliation behaved with a non-generalized tendency to the manifestation of work-family conflict. A slight prevalence of work interference in family life is evidenced with respect to family interference at work. The workers present a good work performance, with a predominance of a good level of performance in the task and performance in the context and a low tendency to the manifestation of counterproductive behaviors. It was concluded that there is a relationship between the variables family and work reconciliation and work performance, as confirmed by the result of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, which allowed determining an average negative correlation. It is recommended the elaboration and implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening the work-family reconciliation of workers and deepen its analysis in subsequent studies, addressing the positive elements of work-family interaction; in addition, the evaluation of work performance, which allows to identify with relevance the weaknesses in this indicator and the causes that cause them; to develop actions to strengthen it on the basis of organizational developmentItem Síndrome de Burnout y rendimiento laboral mediante la modalidad de Teletrabajo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2021-10) Vásconez Masaquiza, Maryorie Anahí; Ortiz Díaz, Marcelo IvánABSTRACT: The research responds to the variables of Burnout Syndrome and Work Performance in the teachers of the "Luis Alfredo Martínez" Educational Unit of the canton of Salcedo. Burnout Syndrome is a problem that has manifested itself a lot in the area of education. The OMS has taken this disorder as a psychosocial risk, so this has come to affect and involve professionals who have direct contact with people, but this not only affects the teacher, but also has consequences for students, colleagues work and people around him. This research focuses on its objective to determine if there is an incidence between Burnout Syndrome and Work Performance, so nowadays it has been very noticeable and diagnosed in teachers, for working virtually. Methodologically, this research has a mixed quantitative approach through the application of the survey technique using a validated instrument and a qualitative approach through observation, which respond to the study population. The results obtained through the use of the instruments showed that teachers state that they have emotional, physical and mental exhaustion, causing them to intercede in the professional's work performance as well as in their home, due to the fact that there is a distance from their peers. In the same way, they considered that they do not have a good work performance caused by their monotonous jobs, work overload, among others, harming their students and their institution, so by means of hypothesis verification it will be verified that there is a high incidence of Syndrome of Burnout in the Teacher's Work Performance, which is why it is necessary to carry out constant lectures on chronic stress and also to implement an intervention plan for relaxation techniques so that professionals reduce psychosocial risks, avoiding low work performance or job desertions.Item El sindrome de Burnout y el rendimiento del personal del área de cirugia del Hospital Provincial general Latacunga(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2019-05) Álvarez Molina, Ruth Estefania; Ortiz Díaz, Marcelo IvanBurnout syndrome is a very common disorder in the hospital environment. And it is best known and diagnosed nowadays. This disorder has taken importance because the OMS has aimed as an occupational hazard. This condition usually involves to the professionals who demand a direct contact with the people and they have Humanistic ethic of work; but unfortunately it not only affects to the staff who suffers it; but also to the users. In the job, the productivity is created for the occupational performance, which is the correlation among the objectives, goals and the time has needed to achieve it; The most important variable are the people; that is to say the human resource, who are uncharged to do the owned functions in a specific work. The performance at work is often related with strategies, trainings, remunerations and the environment. A person who has knowledge, receive precise instructions, It is well-paying and also works in a friendly atmosphere. Probably, this kind of worker will have a high job performance to difference to a worker underpaid, without education and who works in an unpleasant environment. The Burnout disorder can be well operated for all the people who works in the health field if they were instruct and prevent about it. Besides teaching them How to tolerate and get rid of all those circumstances which generate emotions with themselves or other people. It is considered of vital importance to the family, therefore, it is proposed to socialize business policies that are not only embodied in the internal regulations of the organization, but are shared and fulfilled by human talent, so that they get involved, the different aspects that relate to the family with work, although they are completely different environments are disrupted among themselves, according to the behavior of the worker, evidencing low work performance indexes and noncompliance with the goals imposed for the position occupied within the company.Item Las realciones familiares y el rendimiento laboral de la trabajadoras de la empresa confecciones Lopez de la ciudad de Ambato(2015) Guevara Noboa, Yei Gabriela; Campoverde Quijano, Egda MaribelEl presente trabajo de investigación situado en la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua, se analizó las Relaciones Familiares en el Rendimiento Laboral. La población con la que se trabajo fue de 112 trabajadoras 55 internas y 57 externas de la empresa Confecciones López por que se había presentado varios casos de inasistencia y de rendimiento laboral deficiente por parte de su personal, debido en muchas ocasiones a problemas familiares. Con el propósito de establecer coherencia con el paradigma crítico propositivo seleccionado en la fundamentación filosófica, en la presente investigación se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo porque se logró la participación de los sujetos sociales e involucrados, se manejó las modalidades bibliográfica-documental y de campo. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y los instrumentos utilizados fueron cuestionario referente a la problemática estudiada. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que en la empresa Confecciones López de la ciudad de Ambato el Rendimiento Laboral se ve afectado principalmente por las relación familiar, generando que el ambiente de hogar influencia de manera negativa lo cual repercute en su vida personal y profesional dentro de la empresa.
