    La motivación suficiente como garantía constitucional de sentencias dentro de la jurisdicción del cantón Ambato

    The present research work deals with the sufficient motivation and its influence as a constitutional guarantee of motivation of sentences within the Ecuadorian legal framework, this as a result of the validity of Case No. 1158-17-EP, in which the wellknown motivation test. In the present sentence they include a reasoning about the motivation, in accordance with the provisions of article 76.7.l where the guiding criterion governs, according to which, all legal argumentation must have a minimally complete structure. On the other hand, a content analysis of the sentences is carried out to assess the quality of the motivation and a statistical analysis is used to determine the relationship between the motivation and the reasonableness of the sentences. In summary, this research work presents a critical evaluation of the motivation in the constitutional sentences issued in the Ambato Canton, with the objective of improving the quality of judicial decision-making and guaranteeing the right to a reasoned and reasonable justice, consequently, the motivational deficiencies that must be observed to challenge a sentence that lacks the motivation are put, which can be the nonexistence, the insufficiency and the appearance

    La Legalidad Y Legitimidad de las Resoluciones del GAD 11 De Noviembre del Cantón Latacunga, Provincia De Cotopaxi

    Legality is based on the application of the principle of legality and is closely related to the law as a source of rights. Legitimacy, on the other hand, refers to the consensual validity given to an act or authority, regardless of the required formalities. The issuance of administrative acts, such as Parish Administrative Resolutions, becomes problematic when the law is not correctly applied, which can have serious legal consequences. The Ecuadorian Constitution establishes that legal certainty is based on respect for the Constitution and prior, public, and clear rules applied by competent authorities. The research focuses on critically analyzing the Constitution and other national norms regarding the motivation, legality, and legitimacy of administrative acts. Resolutions issued by the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of 11th of November in specific years will be examined as a guide. It is essential to highlight the importance of legality and legitimacy of administrative acts as a constitutional guarantee. Resolutions from the public authorities must be properly motivated and in line with the Constitution. The lack of knowledge of legal norms by individuals in public positions who issue regulations or resolutions can lead to serious problems, as it disregards the legal requirements and may result in challenges and nullification of documents. Conducting a legal review is necessary to prevent an Autonomous Decentralized Government from being in a precarious situation when issuing invalid resolutions. In a rule of law, the state organ can only act within legal limits, while individuals who are not part of the state can do anything not expressly prohibited.

    Los actos administrativos y la motivación en el debido proceso como garantía constitucional en el sistema integrado de seguridad ecu 911 Ambato

    This investigative work entitled: "Administrative Acts And Motivation In Due Process As A Constitutional Guarantee In The Integrated Security System Ecu 911 Ambato", focuses mainly on the inalienable rights that belong to workers in a dependency relationship and where the levels hierarchical have the obligation to guarantee them by seeking a fairer and more equitable employment relationship; however, after an administrative act resulting from a breach by the worker where the worker in a dependency relationship is granted the right to defense, not having adequate regulations to motivate an administrative sanction, it is not guaranteed that the administrative act is a guarantor of inalienable constitutional rights and generates various inconveniences when requiring the worker to deliver a quality service to the citizenry. The current Ecuadorian legislation does not have an adequate regulation for the application of the motivation in the administrative acts; When the application of an administrative act arises, violations of its application are generated to require the public servant to provide a service. As it is considered a legal vacuum, it is currently considered that the lack of this figure in the application of the Administrative Acts would violate constitutional rights. For this reason, it is important for the State to realize the need for a regulation to motivate administrative acts where it can bind and guarantee the correct application of an administrative act that seeks compliance with the rights of citizens to receive a quality public service; as well as respect for the laws that are in force and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. This research work tries to implement a regulation for the correct application of the Administrative Acts, with an adequate motivation within the due process, it will show a clear reduction of failed administrative acts lacking motivation and they would become applied acts that guarantee the provision of services. an effective public service to the citizenry respecting the rights of the worker

    Liderazgo empresarial y clima laboral en el GAD Municipal San Cristobal de Patate

    The objective of this research work was to determine the impact of Business Leadership on Labor Climate in the workers of the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) San Cristobal de Patate. The present investigation was carried out with the direct participation of 79 workers of the Municipal GAD, who have been affected by a deficit in the Leadership of the organization. It is worth noting that currently in the business world it is of vital importance to maintain a stable working environment. so that workers can cope and provide an excellent job. The information was collected through the application of a structured survey based on three validated instruments on business leadership and labor climate, the objective was to know the dominant leadership style in the company and the dimensions affected in the work environment, by analyzing the Results were determined as the leadership affects the interpersonal relationships and the work climate of the workers.

    Los programas de motivación en el autoestima de las mujeres con cáncer de mama del hospital SOLCA Ambato en el período Septiembre 2011 Marzo 2012

    El presente trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en el Hospital Oncológico SOLCA, Ambato, con el fin de dar atención a las mujeres con cáncer de mama, por lo cual este estudio se pensó en quienes son importantes para la sociedad, justamente ellas: madres de familia, hermanas, sobrinas, esposas, hijas, abuelitas, pacientes que viven día a día aferrándose a la vida, siendo valientes y dando frente a las dificultades cara a cara. Es así que después de haber realizado una investigación exhaustiva en la casa de salud, se llegó a tener contacto directo con la realidad que vive cada mujer al padecer cáncer de mama, su realidad muestra la otra cara de la moneda, momentos difíciles, vivencias extremas; por lo cual se rescata el valor del optimismo, la autoestima y la motivación ya que estos factores tienen gran influencia en la vida de las pacientes y se convierten el potenciadores de cambios de actitud, se trata de inyectarle ganas de vivir a la mujer, compartir y valorar la óptica con la que ellas viven, sienten, aman; Por ello, este estudio es dedicado con el respeto a la lucha y fuerza de cada una, así como también a las personas que forman parte de su entorno.
