Item El consumo de información de los seguidores del Diario el Heraldo de Ambato en su red social Facebook(Universida Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales,Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2022-10) Zurita Ruano, Erika Thalía; Guamán Guadalima, Nelly GabrielaABSTRACT The media of the 21st century have adapted to digital journalism due to the advantages offered by the Internet, such as interactivity, the tools offered by platforms for better management of publications and instant communication. The consumption of information by users is of the utmost importance for these communication media that have migrated to the networks, to achieve interactivity with their followers so that there are comments on their publications and thus be able to reach more users.diario El Heraldo de Ambato has its social network on Facebook in which they publish daily and have 58,697 followers who view their publications. In this context, the objective of this research is to analyze the level of information consumption of the followers of the newspaper El Heraldo de Ambato on its social network Facebook. To do this, the quantitative methodology with metrics on the web was used to measure the statistical data of the social network, surveys were also conducted to 382 followers of the media in analysis with questions about the consumption of information from the newspaper in its social network Facebook. Among the data obtained it is evident that there is a high consumption of information of the followers of the newspaper in its social network Facebook and consequently it becomes one of the means of communication most used by people to inform themselves.Item Producción y distribución de narrativas en el periodismo de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Periodismo Digital, 2018-11) Herdoíza Mancheno, Franklin Germánico; Escandón Montenegro, Pablo AndrésThe study addresses the issue of the production and distribution of transmedia narratives in Tungurahua journalism as a new language of convergence, opening the possibility of telling stories and broadening the participation of audiences in the construction of narratives, whose role as journalist is aimed at to inform in the best possible way by combining media with graphic-audiovisual supports on social networks such as Facebook. In this way, within the methodological process, the quantitative study has been taken into account using a survey and interviews and the qualitative study through observation, with a sample of 25 journalists (graduates and non-graduates) as well as 9 media executives of Tungurahua whose results allowed to determine the level of production and distribution of Transmedia Narratives in the journalism of the province, as the main objective. The conclusion reached after the analysis and interpretation of results was that the production and distribution of Transmedia Narratives in journalism in Tungurahua is not significant, adding to the fact that there is no interest in interacting with the audience to which, in addition, he is not interested in the publications issued by the media. Likewise, it was determined that there are no journalists specializing in transmedia narratives in the province and, therefore, they are unaware of the form and logic of its construction; concluding, likewise, that the competitive level with other provinces is relatively low, which in practice means that digital journalism is not being exercised to facilitate the distribution and production of Transmedia Narratives; what does not generate reliable or dynamic information. This is despite the fact that there is clear knowledge of the benefits that ICT offers to the field of communication in the treatment of information to the interaction with prosumers.Item El uso de la red social Facebook y el carácter en los estudiantes de octavo y decimo año de la Unidad Educativa Naciones Unidas del Cantón Pelileo Provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-01) Pillapa Machuca, Daniela Marcela; Paredes Ruíz, Teresa de JesusThe use of social networks is changing the dynamics of life. Facebook constitutes a space of communication where diverse cultures and ideologies converge. Patterns of behavior, social relations, traditions, communication, business, education, among others, a number of activities that contribute mostly to the development and growth of the individual. Virtual sociability especially captures adolescents, who, because they are in a formative stage, have been susceptible to the contents disseminated in this network. The phenomenon occurs because on Facebook they find the right route to meet their age-specific needs, including social recognition, according to the study conducted students who spend 4 to 5 hours a day on social networks, commenting, publishing photos, songs interacting with their friends and virtual friends, which generates a dependence on the internet and especially the Facebook network that having direct demotivations its character is affected, having abrupt changes in the generation including verbal and physical attacks. To collect the information described in the study, resources such as surveys were used, which transmit the incidence of the social network Facebook in the character of the eighth and tenth year students of the United Nations Educational Unit of Pelileo canton, Tungurahua province The research reflects how Facebook regulates, determines rules, creates habits and routines in adolescents, through chat, photos, comments, videos, applications, and diversity of pages. Due to changes in behavior is generated specifically in the character that later affects their social formation.Item El periodismo digital y la crisis informativa de la prensa escrita de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2017) Arévalo Acuña, Kelly Anabel; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoABSTRACT The research focuses on the informative crisis determination into Ambato city written press, after the arrival of digital journalism, tools, resources and prossumer audiences, involve a new era for conventional journalism, it is fundamental to think about a written press renewal, such as in content production and business models. Interactivity, hypertextuality and multimedia are digital qualities that allow citizen contact and renew the way of telling and disseminating stories, leaving the conventional journalism contents production ; directional communication models which allow the reader direct interaction, this suppose being the great step of: Journalists, Mass Media and Cathedratics. It is not proportional to speak of a dynamic and changing society, watching a static and orthodox journalism; the written press must think out assertive and achievable communication strategies, to avoid suffer before the fresh ideas necessary consumers and accurate research. Learn and relearn the basic journalists apply, by the other hand, how much has evolved the journalism in the last years? How well instructed are journalists to deal with cyber-journalism? Journalism who seeks the development of an investigation, based on the renovation and reconstruction of the written press, guided at the fusion of strategies and digital tools.Item El uso de los mensajes de texto en los programas deportivos y la desinformación en al audiencia en la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales , Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2016-11) Toscano Ramos, Edgar Santiago; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoThis research has focused on determining the impact of the use of text messages, thus enabling the creation or design of a radio script for an interaction between the listener and radio programming in this sporting event, which provided various contents such as: information, entertainment and guidance; as several sports programs city lacking a proper structure, especially a designated space for reading text messages, so misinformation is latent and interpretation of the news is unclear. So we proceed to perform a respective analysis of information and the use of messages in the sports audience. To reach a solution has been chosen methodology quantitative approach, aimed at the sports world surveys exploring the causes and effects, noting where there is a deficit for misinformation or misuse of media messages of radio communication extends. The crisis is marked by several fans on interactivity with a means of radio communication, several people identify with sending a text message mainly cards and protest, while others are pronounced if there is involvement of verbal violence through text messages in sports programs among major. It is therefore as we say at the beginning; the structure of a script to route a sports program will be essential and useful to interact with the audience. Another influence and conclusion is the use of social networks as a channel to show the difficult circumstances lives his favorite soccer team, in this consumerist and globalized world is often look different phrases and messages with lack of ethics and values towards players, managers and other fans of the teams in the city, and what is important, what we want is to generate humanity, spreading programs that do not denigrate or cause mockery of different comments from fans and the main thing we have a radio script so that the contents are better processed, so that there is a space if warranted for interactivity between sender and receiver.
