    Living in an era where technologies continue to advance and digital media now occupy a greater space in everyday life, young entrepreneurs seeking to increase the reach of their products or projects in society must view digital media as a significant advertising advantage and opportunity. That's why this thesis aims to visualize and understand how young entrepreneurs use the digital platform Facebook to promote their products. Specifically, it examines their use of the platform's structure, messaging, timing, and advertising tools such as videos, audios, graphics, and more, which enhance audience engagement within the city of Latacunga. It's important to note that being an entrepreneur involves technical knowledge in various areas. Thus, this research focuses on the communication aspect of digital media combined with advertising. The methodology employed is a mixed approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, including content analysis from a qualitative perspective. Techniques such as interviews, surveys, and content analysis were used to gather information thus allowing us to know that Facebook is the best option for network advertising strategy, which has allowed a substantial change in the growth and visibility of businesses, and that also covers their needs such as showing their products, talents, achievements and projects that allow a better relationship with society.

    El emprendimiento en las personas con discapacidad

    People with disabilities face a reality of abrupt changes and limitations, both in the social and work environment: they are victims of discrimination, suffer from lack of opportunities, and have limited access to resources and funding. In this context, entrepreneurship presents itself as an alternative for these individuals, as having their own work activity allows them to adapt the workplace to their specific conditions, demonstrate and develop their abilities and skills, strengthen their self-esteem, have a positive influence on their economic growth, that of their family and the community. For this reason, it was of great importance to analyze the factors of entrepreneurship in people with disabilities integrated into the "San Pedro de Pelileo" Foundation. This analysis allowed for a deep understanding of the motivations, challenges, and specific needs of this group when initiating and developing these types of projects. The sample consisted of 8 disabled individuals between the ages of 20 and 31, belonging to the aforementioned institution. The research was based on a qualitative approach, where a semi-structured interview was used as a data collection instrument to explore the abilities, competencies, and attitudes of people with disabilities in entrepreneurial projects, in order to promote their realization. The main results show that entrepreneurship, for the study group, is an illusion, an idea, a passion, and a determination that allows for development, success, and turning this entrepreneurship into a passion. It encompasses various types, such as social, investment, and innovative entrepreneurship. Additionally, entrepreneurship promotes abilities, provides innovation, generates skills for guidance and motivation, as it allows them to overcome obstacles. It is concluded that it was possible to identify abilities, competencies, and skills for entrepreneurship, such as resilience, autonomy, determination, adaptability, creativity, motivation, innovation, planning and organizational skills, in people with disabilities. As a result of this study, a proposal for activities to enhance entrepreneurship in people with disabilities belonging to the San Pedro de Pelileo Foundation was developed

    La eficacia de constituir sociedades por acciones simplificadas (s.a.s) en los emprendimientos

    In this research, it has been determined that the Simplified Joint Stock Company (S.A.S.) is a new corporate model, which was implemented in Ecuador at the end of February 2020. As a result of the incorporation of the recent Organic Law of Entrepreneurship and Innovation to our legislation and, likewise, causing a reform to the Companies Law. It should be noted that this company has an inter-institutional legal framework that facilitates the creation, execution, operation and cancellation of ventures. Since its incorporation process is much more simplified and flexible, since it can be carried out under a unilateral act or contract that does not require notarial procedures, in other words, all its formalities are completely free of charge. On the other hand, the purpose of this corporate figure is to achieve the consolidation of formal commerce, which guarantees entrepreneurs an equality of competences in the market. The methodology of this research work was based on the investigation and analysis of real data obtained from the subjects of study, which in this case were the entrepreneurs and the Superintendence of Companies of the canton of Ambato. Using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, which allows for a theoretical and statistical approach. Supported by a field exploration that, through the application of surveys and interviews, exposes the legal and social reality in which the entrepreneurs and the simplified stock company find themselves.

    Percepción del contenido publicitario en las transmisiones en vivo del canal digital ambato emprende TV

    Digital channels are a means of communication that is currently used constantly and as a result of the pandemic, entrepreneurs sought ways to promote themselves through these broadcasting spaces. The digital channel Ambato Emprende TV, created by councilwoman Salomé Marín, is a tool that promotes the enterprises of the city. In January and February 2021 live broadcasts were made with interviews to Ambato businesses, with the strategy of conducting a raffle at the end of each interview to publicize the venture, depending on the category of each week. For this reason, the following study analyzes the perceptions of the participants of these interviews to know the level of effectiveness of this channel in terms of marketing strategies and advertising content used. To achieve the stated objectives, a survey and an in-depth interview were conducted, the survey was online with 16 questions, the same that was sent to the participating entrepreneurs; in addition, using the Likert scale, the perception of each of them was determined, measuring the level of satisfaction or if they agreed with the question asked. The in-depth interview was conducted through the zoom platform, to one of the participants, which helped to analyze in detail the aspects to be studied. It is also important to point out that this research is based on authors and theoreticians who base in a bibliographic way to verify the information issued in this research work.

    El desempleo y el emprendimiento en las familias de la parroquia Benítez del Cantón Pelileo

    This research is aimed at investigating the influence of unemployment that leads to entrepreneurship in the families of the Benitez parish of the Pelileo canton. Methodologically, it is considered that this study has a quantitative and qualitative approach through the application of interviews and surveys previously designed and validated by experts related to the subject. When considering unemployment as the greatest social drama of our time, it was possible to identify that 80% of the population feels positive about the future despite being unemployed, while 97% say that entrepreneurship is a activity that helps meet financial and family needs. It is observed with the qualitative analysis that entrepreneurship allows generating employment, being the head of one's own business and having financial independence. The inference made proves that going through a situation of unemployment has influenced the generation of entrepreneurship, which is why the parish GAD is suggested to create strategies to enhance economic activities. In addition, the statistical evidence affirms that adequate remuneration and maintaining a good planning of expenses positively influences the emotional stability of individuals for decision-making.
