    This research work independently structured "RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION IN THE NIGHT FUN CENTERS AND CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY"; it arises from a personal experience that after passing through a deeper purposive critical analysis Survey revealed the complex problem that is occurring in the Ambato city by the misapplication of the reservation of the right to admission. This causes most users who want to access these spaces are subjected to conditions many times degrading based on biased parameters of beauty, aesthetics and presence of the person, clothing or even limiting their freedom of identity, ethnic diversity, cultural, itself completely misrepresenting their personal and without taking into account at least the constitutional principle of equality enshrined in the current Constitution integrity. After the existence of the problem précised main objective it was determined to resolve itself the right of admission to the nightlife centers in the Ambato city violates the constitutional principle of equality. And traced the main objective through doctrinal, legal and right sources compared the issues raised and the current situation that pass users of these places, in addition to the information provided by the survey is analyzed and based on the verification of the hypothesis verify that the right of admission nightlife centers if it violates the constitutional principle of equality. Finally it was concluded that both owners and employees use this right as a discretionary means for discriminating users who consider unsuitable, so it arises as a proposed solution the implementation of the ordinance regulating the control tasks, admission and permanence the general public in the nightlife centers in the Ambato city.
