Item El contenido informativo de los memes y la credibilidad en los usuarios de la red social Facebook del diario “El Comercio(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2022-04) Machuca Acosta, Carol Estefanía; Guamán Guadalima, Nelly GabrielaNowadays, social networks have become a new media of mass distribution on the web, through them people can create, publish, interact and transmit information, causing traditional media such as print media, television and radio to migrate to these platforms and create virtual spaces, this has changed its traditional structure by an interactive, changing and dynamic process. This research aims to determine the credibility of users of the social network Facebook of the newspaper "El Comercio" against the informative content of memes disseminated by this medium, it is important to identify the type of content published by the newspaper "El Comercio" and if this influences positively or negatively on its readers. To conduct this research, a quantitative approach was used, with which it was possible to analyze and predict the behavior of the population through quantifiable information, i.e., that could be expressed through numbers and verified. In addition, a virtual survey was applied to 190 people through non-probabilistic "snowball" sampling. Through the content analysis on the 25 publications with informative memes of the newspaper "El Comercio" disseminated by the social network Facebook in the date January-March 2021, it was determined that its genre is 100% informative with topics of health, politics, science and culture, in addition, the memes exposed in the publications are humorous, reflective and motivational, these are complemented by text and image. Through the virtual survey it was determined that 73.7% of people use the newspaper "El Comercio" for information through the social network Facebook, they believe that the use of memes to inform is interesting, attractive and educational on the other hand, when seeing this type of content, respondents would review the page that spreads the news.Item La credibilidad en los noticiarios de la TV ecuatoriana(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2021-02) Hernández Cevallos, Jéssica Anabel; Naranjo Gamboa, Byron OrlandoSince its inception, television programming has been created with various purposes, such as informing, educating and entertaining all its viewers. Therefore, this investigative work is directed towards one of the main characteristics that news programs should have, such as the existing credibility in the content of the Ecuadorian television news programs, which is determined by the level of trust that the news programs have viewers on the truthful content provided by the media. The research analyzed the level of trust and the general opinion that viewers have about the Ecuadorian television newscasts, since in order to know their impact the following objectives were set: to contrast the content of public and private newscasts, identify the level of credibility and collect various bibliographic and statistical data related to journalistic credibility. In order to achieve the aforementioned objectives, taking into account the current state of the country, an online survey of 13 questions was conducted among a population of 5,600 users of the social networks of both Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, who mostly stated that the credibility of the Informative content has decreased notably, however, there are people who affirm that the newscasts mostly fulfill the purpose of keeping them properly informed about the news events that occur in daily life. It should be noted that this research is carried out with an extensive bibliography of expert professionals on the subject of journalistic credibility, where it is shown that the investigative work provides essential and relevant information.Item Análisis de la valoración de la prueba y el principiode seguridad jurídica en actos de violencia psicológica(Universida Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Maestria en Derecho penal y procesal penal, 2020-03) Núñez Pérez, Danilo Fernando; Vallas Castro, Guillermo SantiagoThe assessment of the evidence and the security principle are important bastions within Ecuadorian legal processes. The credibility in criminal trials, allow to support the human rights of the accused, supported by legal certainty and in compliance with established laws. The objective of the investigation is to analyze whether the assessment of the evidence affects the principle of legal certainty in the context of criminal trials related to acts of psychological violence, to safeguard the human and legal rights of the accused in the cases. The research is descriptive, field and exploratory qualitative, framed towards the pragmatic. It should be noted that psychological violence is already recognized as a crime in the field of law. The psychological and physical effects are necessary to know them, to understand the seriousness of their consequences towards the victims. The results of the investigation lead us to the recognition of the importance and relevance of the evaluative tests; since they serve as support for the decisions of the judges to the accused. With regard to legal certainty, it is clear that it is the backbone of the Ecuadorian legal system, and it is necessary that it be recognized in the criminal areas of the country and, especially, in cases of psychological violence. It is necessary to strengthen the internal legal processes, in order to give a clear and secure vision to the criminal legal system in general. As a conclusion, from the moment of facing cases of acts of psychological violence, knowing the internal legal procedures in Ecuadorian regulations, allows to give relevance to both the assessment tests and legal certainty. In short, it is shown that the assessment tests are so relevant; which serve both to prove a fact and to reverse it. The legal mechanism that judges use to make procedural decisions is technically based on legal certainty and the ethics of legal professionals.Item El comportamiento en Twitter de los reporteros de crónica del Azuay y sus niveles de credibilidad priodistica(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en periodismo digital, 2018-06) España Merchán, Olga Esther; Lomas Chacón, Pablo EstebanThe digital journalism modified the conventional one, generating the interest of penetrating the journalist in other tools of work to present his news. The paper, pencil and the cassette recorder took second place with the technologies and social networks, which now puts the citizen in direct and immediate contact with the information. These new options for journalism also bring their disadvantages when they are not used in the right way, more if it is to publish a red chronicle. The reporters, wanting to be the first to report a fact of the chronicle, commit errors that threaten those involved in the news, which in many cases are replicated by other means of communication, thus generating a lack of credibility. The problem focuses on the results or consequences of handling false data and publishing them on social networks. Disregard the laws or rules to inform a chronicle, which concerns security or human rights. Chronicle journalists have a five-year preparation to perform their role. By linking with the social network Twitter, it makes it easier for their news to reach thousands of users and in less time. However, due to the immediacy of a high-impact event, both journalists and security institutions report the first data they obtain, generated by citizens. These errors would lead to losing the credibility of journalists or media, which could receive civil suits for using names not involved or facts that can not be revealed before previous investigations of the Office of the Prosecutor or the Police. Interactivity, hypertextuality and multimedia are digital qualities that allow citizen contact and renew the way of telling and disseminating stories, leaving the conventional journalism contents production ; directional communication models which allow the reader direct interaction, this suppose being the great step of: Journalists, Mass Media and Cathedratics. It is not proportional to speak of a dynamic and changing society, watching a static and orthodox journalism; the written press must think out assertive and achievable communication strategies, to avoid suffer before the fresh ideas necessary consumers and accurate research. Learn and relearn the basic journalists apply, by the other hand, how much has evolved the journalism in the last years? How well instructed are journalists to deal with cyber-journalism? Journalism who seeks the development of an investigation, based on the renovation and reconstruction of the written press, guided at the fusion of strategies and digital tools.
