The characteristics of the work of the employees of the Ambato Fire Department (CBA) require, to fulfill their missions, teamwork and the existence of labor relations, based on values. The objective of this work was to determine the influence of organizational values on the work environment in public servants of the CBA. For the development of the research, a sample of 116 was studied from a population of 170 workers. To characterize the organizational values, a questionnaire prepared by the author was applied, containing 6 items, with the organizational values of the organization. The instrument alternatives respond to a 5-point Likert scale. It was considered that the values were present in the orientation of the entity's goals, when the evaluation given to the indicator by the respondent was Always and Almost always, in a proportion greater than 75%. To determine the Work Environment, the questionnaire developed by the author was applied, which had 26 items, structured in 7 dimensions. An Excel spreadsheet was used to process the collected information. To establish the relationship between organizational values and work environment, Spearman's rho coefficient was determined through the SPSS 29.0.10 statistical package. Among the results, the predominance of the young workforce (58%) and the female sex (58%) in administrative activity stands out. The perception of the respondents, regarding the organizational values, was the following: selflessness (84%), discipline (97%), honesty (98%), loyalty (97%), respect (96) and solidarity (96%). The correlation between organizational values and work environment was significantly positive. It was concluded that in the CBA there is a high perception of the existence of organizational values, which are related to the favorable work environment. The proposed strategy contains the main actions to continue strengthening organizational values, in favor of maintaining and improving a good work environment. The quantitative approach to research focuses on the collection of numerical and statistical data to better understand the behavior of a phenomenon. This research technique is based on data collection and the application of statistical methods to measure and analyze the results. It can be used to better understand the behavior of financial markets, business performance and employee performance. It is concluded that the work environment of a company can greatly influence the parenting skills of workers. The objective was to determine the influence of the work environment of the multidisciplinary team in the care of the elderly in the gerontological center, after the investigation it was determined that the work environment of the multidisciplinary team is of great importance in the care of the elderly, in their state physical, emotional so as to provide a decent quality of life. According to the results obtained, it is shown that the work environment within the gerontological center is inadequate since there is a communication deficit, collaboration between the multidisciplinary group, which leads to the care of the elderly, not being carried out with warmth and not giving them the necessary importance so that they can develop in their daily activities, with this information it is necessary to create an orientation workshop for an adequate coexistence within the geriatric center itself that will help to maintain a good working environment among the multidisciplinary team of In this way, an adequate service is provided in the care of the elderly. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2020-11) Carrasco Hidalgo, Evelyn Lisbeth; Ortiz Díaz, Marcelo IvánThe research is aimed at determining the incidence of empowerment for the strengthening of the working environment of the workers of the company Olya Farms S.A. for which the background, related to empowerment, social work, work environment and some of its elements were considered. Methodologically, this study is considered to have a quantitative approach, since the main source for the analysis is the data obtained. The design is non-experimental since only the phenomenon was observed and was subsequently analyzed. The research modality is field based on the fact that the data was collected directly from reality, without intermediaries, while the level or type is descriptive. The population corresponds to 113 workers in the operating area, of whom after applying the corresponding statistical formula, a sample of 87 workers was obtained. To complete the methodology, the table of operationalization of variables is presented, which served as the basis for preparing the instrument. The results of the study showed that 56% of workers manifest situations related to structural empowerment, especially in knowledge of the functions of colleagues. Similarly, 82% say they cannot solve problems that arise. To arrive at the solution of this problem, a quantitative methodological approach will be used to execute surveys to all the company’s personnel, while on the other hand an exploration and correlation of variables will be carried out to determine the cause and effect- considering that the modality is field, bibliographical and documental. After analyzing the results obtained through the survey applied to the employees of the company, it was possible to visualize that the same problem is crossed by a communication crisis that has been damaged for several years in labor interaction, commercial responsibility, hierarchies, internal norms and regulations, work environment, and internal image itself. The methodology centrally used in the research process was correlational and within the latter observation techniques were applied allowing look, behavior of all staff of the company, the survey in order to meet the expectations of its workers was applied, with the statistical method could identify positive and negative factors in the work environment. The proposal resulting from the research is the creation of the department of social work within the company AEROKASHURCO CIA. LTDA., In this way would ensure a good working environment and family relationships are strong ties between workers and their families, generating handling good leadership to help in the armonización to work that are more cooperative and responsible in their activities work and family. By improving family and work relationships will be allowed to take on more work and family responsibilities at the same time feel motivated to improve their lifestyle inside and outside the company. By applying the Situational questionnaire the information necessary to give effect to that proposal and know the lifestyle of each worker to help increase the level of companionship and family bonding was obtained.
