    The research work is carried out with the purpose of determining the impact of family support on victims of gender-based violence in the Protection and Assistance System for Victims of the Province of Tungurahua. carried out with victims of gender-based violence through the use of life story narratives, since when they are placed in a protection system, the identity and personal data of the aforementioned must be kept confidential, preserving the right to confidentiality in order to protect their .In this way, the problem was considered when the victims do not have the support of their family due to various factors, the main one being that their alleged aggressors are within their family group or are close to them. Particular by which initiates a displacement itself that directly affects the victim because it generates the breakdown of affective ties, especially in the nuclear family. In addition to analyzing the family dynamics and identifying the communication style they maintain and the social context in which they develop.

    Las relaciones intrafamiliares y el rendimiento Académico de los estudiantes del segundo año de Bachillerato de aplicaciones informáticas de la Unidad Educativa Hispano América

    Based on the present study shows main objective is to study the family relationships and academic performance of students in the second year of high school applications from educational unit Hispanic America in this way has developed the problem statement, prevailing a critical analysis with description of the causes and relevant effects, establishing the research background, rationales, approaches addressing pointing to research by quantitatively and qualitatively, modality, levels or types. Consecutively the population and sample for developing surveys and interview individuals study was established. We proceed to the analysis and interpretation of results according to the study variables showing that currently consist relationship problems within families because academic performance of students being the main factors and emotional, educational, food economic problems, poor communication in household members. We proceed to the development of the verification of the hypothesis in which the calculation of chi square is addressed to check the alternative hypothesis. Subsequently the conclusions and recommendations achieved results that are based on the proposed objectives were developed. Part of the proposed solution to the existing problems within the institution, in creating an experiential methodological guide of family support for the representatives parents to help improve the academic performance of students achieving good family relationships in their development responsible for school activities .

    El apoyo familiar a los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica en tratamiento de Hemodíalisis del centro "Contigo da Vida " en la Provincia de Tungurahua Cantón Ambato

    La familia como fuente de apoyo es fundamental en la adherencia al tratamiento de hemodiálisis puesto que impulsan la creación de ambientes afectivos seguros que refuerzan los lazos de amor y comunicación que ayudan a los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica a sobrellevar la enfermedad; lamentablemente, este apoyo se encuentra muy fragmentado debido a que los pacientes experimentan alteraciones en su vida diaria que condicionan el entorno familiar ya que modifican el tipo de vida que la familia estuvo acostumbrada a llevar, lo cual los induce a terminar sus días desamparado. El objetivo general fue determinar la influencia del Apoyo Familiar a los Pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica en tratamiento de Hemodiálisis del Centro de Diálisis Contigo Da Vida. Mediante una investigación de campo a través de encuestas a los 48 pacientes se pudo determinar que el 38% son adultos mayores, ubicados entre los 61 a 70 años de edad, el 52% son de sexo masculino, el 29% de estado civil viudo/a y casados en un 25%; muchos de ellos se encuentran en una situación vulnerable puesto que el 44% de ellos tienen algún tipo de discapacidad para realizar actividades instrumentales de la vida diaria así como un 67% de limitaciones funcionales. Además, se determinó que el Centro Contigo Da Vida no han capacitado a la familia a través de intervenciones de trabajo social por lo que fue necesario proponer el Diseño de Estrategias de Intervención de Trabajo Social para Fortalecer el Apoyo a la Estructura y Dinámica Familiar de los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica en Tratamiento de Hemodiálisis con el objetivo principal de incrementar y fortalecer el apoyo familiar, elevar el autoestima para generar una mejor resiliencia al tratamiento; de esta manera se espera que el paciente con hemodiálisis cuente con estímulos y cuidados para sobrellevar su enfermedad y así elevar su autoestima ante una situación que afectará a todo su entorno familiar pero que el paciente sentirá que no lo está enfrentando solo ya que en su hogar se crearán hábitos de alimentación adecuada a la diálisis así como se encontrará vigilado en la toma correcta de la medicación; manteniendo una estabilidad emocional aceptable para enfrentar los cambios de carácter y de conducta que surgen antes, durante y después del tratamiento.
