Item La motivación suficiente como garantía constitucional de sentencias dentro de la jurisdicción del cantón Ambato(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2023-09) Labanda Narvaez, Anthony Lenin; Granizo Montalvo, CesarThe present research work deals with the sufficient motivation and its influence as a constitutional guarantee of motivation of sentences within the Ecuadorian legal framework, this as a result of the validity of Case No. 1158-17-EP, in which the wellknown motivation test. In the present sentence they include a reasoning about the motivation, in accordance with the provisions of article 76.7.l where the guiding criterion governs, according to which, all legal argumentation must have a minimally complete structure. On the other hand, a content analysis of the sentences is carried out to assess the quality of the motivation and a statistical analysis is used to determine the relationship between the motivation and the reasonableness of the sentences. In summary, this research work presents a critical evaluation of the motivation in the constitutional sentences issued in the Ambato Canton, with the objective of improving the quality of judicial decision-making and guaranteeing the right to a reasoned and reasonable justice, consequently, the motivational deficiencies that must be observed to challenge a sentence that lacks the motivation are put, which can be the nonexistence, the insufficiency and the appearance
