Maestría en Administración de Empresas Familiares, 2018) Culqui García, Robert Paul; Chico Frías, Angel EnriqueThe main objective of this research work is to determine how the Family Business affects the Construction sector in the Generation of Economic Wellbeing in the City of Guaranda, in which the methodology used is a qualitative-quantitative approach and a modality of field research and documentary bibliography, and a survey of fifteen questions was applied that were structured to be answered by a sample of 287 construction teachers, and a survey of 8 questions applied to 21 people who own family and professional companies of the sector, data that was graphed, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted with care in such a way that it was identified as having caused a great impact on the generation of economic well-being, the family stability of its employees and local development, the most important for the The Chi square statistical method was used to verify the hypothesis. It is for this reason that the present research work has focused on carrying out an extensive analysis on social welfare in footwear consumers, in order to establish the influence of the same in the province of Tungurahua, to analyze the commitment of the organizations with society. The research data applied to consumers of footwear in the province of Tungurahua indicates that the commitment of companies with society is important as this is directly affected by the decision to buy the consumers. Social welfare and corporate social welfare, both seek to improve the quality of life of society; decision of purchase of the consumers, with the satisfaction of the necessities of the same; the consumer since it is the person who acquires products or services for the satisfaction of existing deficiencies; the intervention of footwear in the province and the country.
