With the intention to meet the demand of existing vehicles in society, either as a working tool or luxury families , vans, cars , and a variety of automotive according to customer requirements is offered. This research focuses on determining factors to achieve sales promotions affect the purchase decision of customers and thereby increase their effectiveness in the procurement process experienced by each customer. In order to find innovative strategies and creative tools and in turn, and their application to current strategies used by the company has chosen this important to reach customers or consumers subject. The results , once the field research , denotes important features such as : a huge desire to grow by internal clients ; besides that , sales promotions conducted in companies are considered of great importance to external when deciding to choose between a business customers and another for purchasing a product , advertise existing developments will enable further market share . Previously executed research proposal arises to minimize the impacts that may occur through the various situational factors facing the automotive market and in turn being coupled to positive internal elements of the company. The use of strategies focused on maximizing key situations such as financing, and effectiveness in the use of traditional promotional tools supported by current technological resources will enable the company to an innovative dye that meets expectations and above all customer needs.
