Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2015-06) Olmedo Altamirano, Adolfo Eladio 1803845153; Silva Ordóñez, Iván Fernando 1802490548The company was founded as a small artisan business dedicated to the elaboration of ice cream of a single type, in September of the year 1990 in the city of Milagro, Guayas province. The business started the contribution of two partners: Mr. Alonso Ortiz and the Lord Roberto Carrera. In the year of 1994 Mr. Alonso Ortiz becomes the sole owner, locating new plants in the Huachi Chico parish of the city of Ambato. Is for this reason that the present research work is focused on implementing Marketing Digital, allowing the company to identify opportunities to expand into new market, which will allow to increase the volume of sales of ice cream. The results obtained in the research carried out to potential customers indicate that Media Digital have become a necessary tool to achieve business success, since the technology is within the reach of everyone. Thus the resulting research proposal becomes a critical factor, since the implementation of a Marketing Digital plan in the company will allow to attract more customers, whereupon the company achieved position in the market and thus achieve business goals.
