    The present research was developed in Zone 3 which is made up of 4 provinces (Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Pastaza, Tungurahua), the purpose is to analyze how it has evolved and developed entrepreneurship in the universities of zone 3, for which they have support centers that do not exactly help solve problems, but if they are taking awareness of the situation, there are different ways to graduate, such as research, Complex examination, thesis, entrepreneurship, others; but they do not take seriously, because they are only captured in documents, they do not have a budget, inadequate market research, the disengagement from the business sector, lack of systematization by the government that causes demotivation and disinterest. For this reason, we have focused on the fact that after graduation, there is a low level of execution, and this does not contribute to society. Since they do not have an adequate practice to contribute in entrepreneurship programs because they do not have the necessary economic resources. By applying the survey the most relevant data that could be found, the main factor that intervenes in the application of entrepreneurship is the economic factor, the fear of failure, another fact, of the 9 universities only 2 have the entrepreneurial modality for Upon graduating, the TEA in Ecuador decreased in the ratio of 2015 to 2016 by 1.7% due to the earthquake of February 16, 2016. For which it is necessary to always have a correct update and a considerate follow-up of the students where in the classrooms they develop their entrepreneurship up to the maturity and application, demonstrate more support by the universities for the development of the competences.
