(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Administración de Empresas Familiares, 2018) Córdova Jara, Sandra del Pilar; Sevilla Galarza, María Soledad
The general objective of the present investigation was to determine how the style of leadership affects the strategies of measurement of achievements of the textile sector in Ambato city, for which a mixed approach was used, with a descriptive and correlational cross-sectional scope, evaluating the leadership style that managers and collaborators perceive through the CELID A and S questionnaire, and the measurement of achievements determined by the CLP-SP questionnaires for the work climate and the Objective Verification Checklist, where the transformational leadership in its A form predominates in the 3 companies, and in its S form the transformational leadership predominates in the company Camaleón and Pasteur, while in the Pasteur companies the leadership Laaisez Faire is notorious. The work climate of the companies Camaleón and Enmanuel is perceived as very favorable, while in the company Pasteur as favorable. Finally, the hypothesis was verified: The group of variables included that reflects the leadership style are not significant in the achievement measurement strategies, where through a regression analysis the p-value obtained for any of the cases is less than one, keeping correlation only the style of transactional leadership with the work climate. The null hypothesis is accepted, that is, the group of variables of leadership styles does not affect the strategies for measuring achievement, analyzing that the proposal should be the description of procedures for the design and construction of indicators to measure achievements in family enterprises.

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Gestión Empresarial basado en Métodos Cuantitativos, 2018) Brito Del Pino, Dolores Ximena; Eugenio Torres, Carlos Javier
The Association ASOPROTEXVIN, has been dedicated to the production and marketing of T-shirt type shirts, for men, women, boys, girls, for 10 years, during which time it has the need to control the critical effects that affect the quality of the processes productive. For this reason, the present research work has focused on conducting a study to identify the critical factors that affect the quality of the jersey of the shirt that can offer quality products, in order to obtain quality products and position the brand of the association. The data obtained through field research and selection indicate the factors that affect the quality of the production processes are: the variability of sizes, the variability of tones, spots, among others, the same ones that occur due to the non-existence of procedures that order the activities that each operator must perform in their work area. Thus, the resulting proposal is aimed at the design of the standardization of production processes, with the aim of eliminating critical factors that affect the quality of production processes, in the same as describing the activities to be carried out, safety measures, the records where you must write down, each activity carried out according to the procedure. The improvements achieved in the pilot test were evidenced.
