    Evaluación de riesgos ergonómicos asociados a la confección de jeans en la empresa textil Xavis Jean’s

    The objective of this research project was to evaluate the ergonomic risks related to the jeans manufacturing process in the textile company Xavis Jean's, with the purpose of obtaining a current vision of the incidence of this type of risks in the organization, In order to obtain a current view of the incidence of this type of risks in the organization, so that they can be detected in a timely way and also act based on the level of risk obtained through the evaluation, for this information was obtained from each of the jobs as the tasks and times in which they perform them through cursograms and profesiograms, an initial assessment of the symptoms associated with the risks of study was applied by means of the Nordic questionnaire, Subsequently, an identification of the hazards to which people are exposed in each of the positions was carried out by means of the Colombian Technical Guide (Matrix GTC 45), an initial evaluation was developed to determine the level of ergonomic risk, carried out by means of the BRIEF/BEST questionnaire whose results influenced the performance of a more specific evaluation to determine the level of ergonomic risk associated with forced postures and repetitive movements by methods such as RULA, REBA and OCRA Check List, providing reliability and confidence to the research and the results obtained. The results revealed the presence of MSD in arms and forearms, being more perceptible mostly in the back, neck and wrists; the findings suggested that none of the postures are acceptable and that there is a prevalence of repetitive movements. Through the research it was possible to conclude that 100% of the positions present risks for which preventive measures should be taken in the work environment and work method, and also that 89% require urgent intervention.

    Gestión de la Seguridad en el Trabajo en la Empresa Tenería San José Cía. Ltda. Planta 1

    El trabajo de investigación se realiza en la Tenería San José Cía. Ltda., al gestionar se procederá a la realización del estudio de riesgo precedentes en la planta 1, iniciando con la realización de un check list, el cual da de forma global lo faltante y lo deficiente de seguridad, posteriormente el trabajo de investigación utiliza la norma NTP 330 de España utilizada desde el 2007 y actualizada hasta el 2010, se rige por una forma cualitativa de observar el nivel de deficiencia, nivel de exposición en cada puesto de trabajo en las diferentes áreas, que lleva a una consecuencia y con esto sacar una interpretación de los resultados obtenidos, también se recurre a la norma GTC 45 de Colombia actualizada en el 2010 el motivo de la utilización de esta norma es por ser guía para él diagnóstico de condiciones de trabajo o panorama de factores de riesgos, incluyendo la identificación y valoración cualitativa de los mismos, dados los factores de riesgo se lo valora según la escala y se sustenta con una imagen , lo que da por conclusión que existen muchos riesgos en la planta 1. Los riesgos provocados por factores en las personas, en el medio o en la fuente por deficiencias o la falta de protecciones y la exposición continua a su trabajo, conllevan normalmente a que los trabajadores hagan caso omiso de su seguridad, lleva a una situación crítica y de corrección urgente con el comité paritario de seguridad que llega a la decisión de realizar un estudio más profundo que se lo verifica el riesgo con el GTC 45 y se obtiene nuevos riesgos existentes de cada área de la empresa, la cual se toma para su respectiva prevención y con esto gestionar la seguridad de los trabajadores. Summary: The research is done in the Tenería San José Cía. Ltda, the management will proceed to the study of precedents risk on the 1st floor, starting with the completion of a checklist, which gives globally as missing and poor security, then the research uses Spain NTP 330 standard used since 2007 and up until 2010, is governed by a qualitative way to observe the level of impairment, exposure level in each job in different areas, which leads to a result and it shows an interpretation of the results, also uses the standard GTC 45 Colombia date in 2010 the reason for the use of this standard is to be a guide for him diagnosis of working conditions or risk factors landscape, including identification and qualitative evaluation of them, given the risk factors is valued according to the scale and sustained with an image, which assumes conclusion that there are many risks in plant 1. The risks caused by factors in people, in the middle or at the source by deficiencies or lack of protection and continuous exposure to their work, usually lead to workers disregard safety, leads to a critical situation and urgent correction with the joint security committee arrives the decision to conduct a deeper study that verifies the risk with the GTC 45 and new risks of each area of the company is obtained, which is taken to its respective prevention and thereby manage the safety of workers.
