Item Gestión por procesos en el laboratorio de prototipado de la Corporación de Desarrollo de Ambato y Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2025-02) Supe Criollo Christian Patricio; Ortiz Guerrero Daysi MargaritaThis research proposes a process management in order to standardize the activities developed within the innovation laboratory Makerspace Inspira Lab, this will allow operations to be executed in a more effective and efficient way by controlling the processes through the relevant documentation. In order to know the current situation of the laboratory, we began with the collection of information through interviews, surveys and direct observation of the workflow, showing that the tasks are performed in a traditional way, with undefined processes and disorder in the execution of activities due to the lack of documentation for monitoring the processes. Based on the current situation, we proceeded to carry out a process survey where each of the activities to be carried out during each operation was specified, through the use of data sheets and the design of flow charts, then each of the identified processes was classified, which were represented in a structured manner within the process map to visualize how they are interrelated. Additionally, the processes were characterized, including the SIPOC diagram, the PHVA cycle and the management indicators. Finally, the processes and procedures manual was developed, which contains detailed and orderly information for the uniform execution of tasks, work instructions and documents for the control of indicators.Item Balanced score card para el GAD municipal del cantón Salcedo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, 2024-02) Naranjo Coque, Erick Fabricio; Ortiz Guerrero, Daysi MargaritaThe main challenge lies in the lack of management indicators in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Salcedo, which restricts the ability to evaluate its institutional performance. The objective of this study is to implement the Balanced Score Card matrix in the entity, addressing the essential perspectives. To this end, a quantitative approach was adopted, involving the collection and analysis of statistical data, as well as an exhaustive bibliographic review to obtain updated and accurate information. In addition, field research was conducted involving interviews with the director of the Administrative Directorate and key officials, along with surveys and direct observation at the GAD's facilities. This methodology made it possible to obtain relevant data on institutional processes and staff perceptions. The results obtained through surveys directed to 13 officials highlight that 54% of the respondents identify deficiencies in the processes, 85% point out the lack of management indicators and function manuals, and 46% consider the BSC to be effective in improving decision-making. Seventeen management indicators are derived from the literature research, covering customer, financial, internal processes, and learning perspectives. In conclusion, the implementation of the BSC will allow for more informed decision-making and effective monitoring of institutional performance, which will facilitate immediate intervention in the event of deviations in the indicators. This will contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution in achieving its objectives.Item Gestión por procesos para la línea de faenamiento en la empresa “Mag Pollo” de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-09) Sailema Moyolema, Christian Adrian; Guachimbosa Villalba, Víctor HugoMost organizations worldwide are immersed with highly competitive opponents; environments that drive companies to improve their processes to survive in the competition, to generate success they must manage their processes, activities and resources efficiently. This research proposes a Process Management in the slaughtering line of MAG POLLO company, focused on operational procedures based on Good Poultry Practices; and mandatory procedures based on ISO 9001:2015, to meet quality specifications in processes, standardize, document activities, responsibility and objectives. First, the current situation of the company was analyzed through the survey of processes through the application of interviews, surveys and technical field visits; to subsequently understand the production line of slaughtered chicken, establishing a map of processes with their interrelationship. In addition, it was evidenced that they applied quality systems, but lacked control of records that were performed in the organization. Therefore, the development of indicators that measure the performance and performance of the organization which can be efficiency, effectiveness and results, in order to collect accurate data, also reliable to make decisions for their present and future where the weaknesses and strengths of MAG POLLO are discovered. As a final part, the processes and procedures manuals detailed information such as: purpose, scope, legal framework, glossary of terms, responsibilities, technical data sheet, procedures, flow chart, good practices, associated risks, production orders and records; its main purpose is the standardization of the processes in the slaughter line, complementing from the purchase of inputs to the sale of slaughtered chicken, allowing preventive and corrective actions against risks, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.Item Gestión de procesos en el departamento de producción de la fábrica textil Tarco Sport(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-07) Olmedo Coronado, Ronald Stalin; Guachimbosa Villalba, Víctor HugoThe first step of a craft workshop to evolve into an industry is to develop process management that allows standardizing the procedures that are carried out to make a product. The present research work analyzes the primary production line under which the Tarco Sport´s Textile Factory whose development of activities is based on the design and manufacture of sportswear; The problem lies in the lack of control over the optimal use of resources and tools used to develop a production batch that leads operators to perform activities in an inadequate manner due to poor process management and technical documentation that guarantees the availability of elements or objects of qualitative and quantitative control. Based on the collection of initial information that allowed the situational diagnosis of the management of production processes in Tarco Sport´s Textile Factory, subsequently establishing management indicators on the processes of the production line based on the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 230 and finally generate a proposal for productive improvement through a Manual of Processes and Procedures oriented to the standardization of tasks of the operative personnel of the production department of the Tarco Sport Textile Factory; with the aim of guiding and training the work staff with a view to increasing productivity and optimizing business resources.
