    The proper management of the administrative and financial side is an important issue to be addressed within the Guild headquarters taxis Ambato, has decided to conduct this research work, in order to attend by board members to other members of cooperatives, with good management which leads to meet its strategic objectives s raised. This theme "Administrative and Financial Management and its impact on the objective accomplishment in taxi transport cooperative”, is the result of an analysis of taxi cooperatives where there is no adequate decisions by the lack of knowledge and proper guidance for administrative management and economic resources of the institution. Having proper guidance where allowed to have written some rules to follow, where they can be identified responsibilities as members of a cooperative taxis, both as a director or partner as well as the management of each have to meet the institution as public entity; having a guide or manual to follow the decrease does not guarantee all flaws they may have in the institution, it all depends on how I evaluated and adapting control is managed. In development of this research work acted managers of taxi cooperatives, they provided appropriate information in order to find solution to the problem.

    This document was performed in order to conduct a thorough analysis in relation to the administrative and financial management of the credit union Sumak Rune Ltda., Which is a financial institution that has been practicing his trade in Tungurahua and to see affected by a number of internal factors of the organization, among which we highlight poor designation of functions, which causes difficulties when achieve objectives and meet targets, lack of socialization of decision-making, because these affect the entire organization, especially for partners who are not well informed and cannot clear their doubts about the disadvantages that occur in the cooperative. In view of the causes of the problem was identified that the best way to solve the research problem is the structuring of a balanced scorecard and implement it so you can make the best decisions focused on the partner, since it will allow growth economic, organizational and institutional. The handle information in a clear and timely manner through knowledge of the strategies proposed in the scorecard of the Cooperative, will allow making the decision to be effective and generate positive results.
