    The final research report has as its theme: "INSUFFICIENT INVESTMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND IMPACT ON SHARE PERFORMANCE LEVELS OF CLINICAL Ambato Ambato, in 2014" This work was performed in order to investigate whether Ambato Clinic has sufficient investment in infrastructure and if the levels of profitability allow reinvest equity without having to ask the partners to recapitalize. It is trying to design a model of investment in infrastructure, assessing business needs to improve profitability and thus to increase its infrastructure to determine the outcome of the investigation techniques and research tools that allowed us to obtain qualitative and quantitative data reliable applied to through the survey, interview and consultation of employees and shareholders was found reliable data. The project involves applying a suitable mixed methodology to achieve a good relationship practice theoretically, trying to achieve qualitative and quantitative results after self diagnose the problem was proposed to invest in infrastructure through mortgage which will allow clinic without reinvesting shareholders recapitalize and only become joint debtors approving reinvestment.
