Item Rutinas básicas diarias en el cumplimiento de instrucciones sencillas en niños de 4 a 5 años(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de Educación Inicial, 2025-06-24) Gaibor Rubio Mónica Cristina; San Lucas Solórzano Carolina Elizabeth; Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de Educación InicialDaily basic routines are understood as a sequence of activities that are repeated consistently and in an organized manner, facilitating in children’s development of habits and the ability to follow simple instructions. This research was focused on analyzing how daily routines contribute to the fulfillment of simple instruction in children aged 4 to 5 years. The central issue that motivated this study lies in the difficulties observed among children in following instruction, which is closely related to their autonomy and performance within the educational environment. The theoretical framework of this study is based on the contributions of key authors such as Vygotsky and Ausubel, whose theories emphasize the importance of routines and repetition in learning processes. On the other hand, methodologically, this research used a quantitative method and a non-experimental design. Data was collected through a survey, and the results were analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha, obtaining a reliability coefficient of 0,0849. The results showed that, in the school “La Merced”, a portion of the children evaluated demonstrated a good understanding in following simple instructions; however, a significant number of children still require support and specific strategies to strengthen this skill. In response to these findings, a set of strategies was proposed to reinforce the fulfillment of simple instructions during daily routines. Furthermore, the study shows that it is important to keep researching this topic, as it opens opportunities for future studies and bring knowledge to Early Childhood Educations.
