The Blake and Mouton Leadership Styles Test was used as a data collection tool, which was applied virtually. According to the research findings, most of the staff perceive that there is a team leader and to a lesser extent authoritarianism is appreciated, a situation that is highly significant because it shows that the nursing leader maintains a balance between the development of specific tasks at the healthcare level and interpersonal relationships with other professionals in the institution.
