    Corporación Impactex is dedicated to making underwear for women, men, boys and girls for the coastal, mountain and eastern regions in the city of Ambato. It has been in the market for 17 years, during which time it has had a great growth in its customer portfolio for this reason the decision is made to improve customer satisfaction. The present investigation is visualized to the elaboration of a detailed analysis and to identify the technological strategies on the part of the company to arrive at the satisfaction of the client. The development of a Gesbit Customer Relationship Management computer application is applied to satisfy customers. The company markets, produces and distributes underwear. For the implementation of the development of the computer application, we collected the data provided by Mr. Oswaldo Estrella, Manager of the Impactex Corporation, who helped with everything required such as sales processes, commercial advisors, large clients and historical data of the clients. . With the help also of gathering information from the surveys carried out on clients in the Tungurahua province, it was possible to establish appropriate strategies for the creation of the Gesbit Customer Relationship Management computer application. The computer application that is intended to be implemented and that is specifically to achieve customer satisfaction is not complicated for users, this will result in different strategies for the customer to be satisfied, be faithful to the company, stable and have a long-lasting relationship . The main thing is to capture, convince and keep both the current large customers and potential buyers. For this reason, the research project is carried out so that the client has a relationship with the company.
