This research was carried out under the research line Communication, society, culture and technology and its main objective is to know how the infographic content of Covid-19 affected the perception of users of the social network Facebook. Furthermore, this research has a quantitative methodology, because it uses the two variables to reinforce the research, on the one hand the figures are handled to understand the situation and on the other hand semiotic topics such as colors and their role in the perception of people, a non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used that allows the researcher to have an opinion much more linked to the demands of the research.In the study, it was concluded that people's perception was altered due to the poor use of colors when disseminating the information. Tungurahua’s unverified fangapes ‘Quero al día y Soy ambateño de corazón’ have analyzed the diffusion and types of content that has occurred during pandemic (2020- 2021), in order to meet the objectives set. In addition, fanpages have been essential in the year for communication and information from users and allowing to obtain information from Covid-19 to prevent contagion. The aim of this research is to analyze the diffusion of audio-visual content on the social network ‘Facebook’ and the impact on users’ perception of Covid-19. To achieve this, the methodology used a quantitative content analysis that gathered data on the types of information obtained from the fanpages ‘Quero al día y Soy ambateño de corazón’, where 223 publications that have been published during the pandemic were analyzed. The labor part that was previously mentioned is of great importance. Since all labor sectors were affected, having to postpone activities o adapt a new work modality in order to continue. Of all of the sectors affected, the musical artistic sector was the most affected by the situation of the pandemic, forcing those who live and work in this field to completely stop their activities without any contingency plan or possible support to be able to maintain their rhythm of life during the course of 2020. Urban-rural contrast”, in a group of children from the Rural and Urban sector. As a preamble, it was investigated about COVID-19, its origin and how it has gained importance worldwide with economic, social and educational effects, the information was collected through bibliographic and digital resources, the study was carried out qualitatively through the ethnographic method. To obtain accurate information, interviews were carried out with children who are going through the problems generated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the types of social imaginaries that can be found in Ambateños children with reference to the subject were analyzed. It can be concluded that this problem has affected everyone, but we can highlight the affectation in the educational, emotional and familiar environment in children both in the urban and in the rural sector, it was also evidenced that children, despite receiving virtual classes, did not manage to learn all the contents and there is a desire to go back to their schools because they miss everything related to their traditional way of education. The contrast was verified in the urban and rural sectors, showing that there is a greater impact on children in the rural sector as they have fewer technological resources and access to information is limited.
