This research is a study case of a recurrent hydatidiform mole disease called gestinoal trophoblastic, developed in patientes on their thirties, which was attended at IESS hospital of Latacunga , vaginal bleeding with an evolution during a week and obstetrical gynecologists background of a miscarriage as well as a previous mole pregnancy were presented. After doing the complementary examinations it was confirmed the presumptive diagnosis of a recurrent hydatidiform mole disease. Pre surgery examinations are demanded for a surgical intervention, practicing an instrumental curettage for evaluating the mole pregnancy and after taking samples for the hitopathological study. A biochemical tracking goes on by outpatient, which allowed to evaluate the human chorionic gonadotrophin hormone levels to avoid possible complications. Finally this case is studied and analyzed, bringing conclusions out that must be taken into account for the threatment and tracking for these health problems.
