    The research presents the thematic "Warehouse management in the company Repremarva Cía. "For the development of the objectives of this document is executed initially the analysis of the current situation of warehouse management in the company Repremarva, this through selected information from the current warehouses and products with which the institution has, being the main ones: The reception area, dispatch area, storage area, quarantine area and office area, consequently we proceeded with the categorization and flow of products to be used according to the needs of the company, we proceeded to analyze in detail four models of products belonging to different families classified in categories A and B, from each selected family, a representative product was chosen to serve as an exemplary case. The choice of this reference product is based on the intention to replicate the selected forecasting model in each product family, extending it in a comprehensive manner throughout the entire warehouse, with the objective of optimizing the approach, the ABC method was applied to classify the products into categories A, B and C. The focus was specifically focused on categories A and B to develop demand forecasts for which will be used to develop the warehouse organization using the proposed criteria. This approach is based on the analysis of historical sales data provided by the company. The choice of working with products of categories A and B is justified by their significant impact on demand and their strategic importance in inventory management, which is delimited in the fulfillment of the determination of performance indexes focused on warehouse management, so that the insertion of KPIs is an essential part of a continuous improvement for the company
