Item La condición de discapacidad y los índices de rendimiento laboral de las personas con discapacidad de la Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de la Ciudad de Quito(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-04) Viteri Gómez, Piedad Elizabeth; Mantilla Falcón, Luis MarceloPeople with disabilities have achieved an important space in Latin America in recent times, mainly during the past decade, when talking about the Labor Performance Indexes of people with disabilities, we are necessarily referring to the issue of human rights, currently Ecuador has policies that identify people with disabilities as a priority attention group, and this research addresses some of the consequences of "The indices of work performance of people with physical disability status of the national telecommunications corporation, the city of Quito". Which addresses the study of work performance which determines as a basis to realize that many of the obstacles encountered by people with disabilities are not due to their disability itself, but rather to the way in which society is organized. The disadvantages with which people usually find themselves to get a job, regulations and regulations restricted in relation to personal training. In the same way the study of the people with physical disability condition of the CNT EP is addressed, which determines that one of the limitations in the labor inclusion is the level of studies of the individuals with disabilities, therefore to be able to arrive to achieve an optimal work performance, we must start improving education and occupational training. We intend to start the path that will answer the question "What can we do in this context? The implementation of a biopsychosocial model with a family focus to improve the performance of people in physical disability condition of the national telecommunications corporation of the city of Quito is proposed.
