(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-04) Villarruel Villaroel, Verónica Gabriela; Quiroga López, Malena Karina
The objective of this research work was to determine the impact of the development of Resilience in the prevention of Gender Violence in women of the Association "Jesús de Gran Poder", located in the Model Market of the city of Ambato. The present investigation was carried out with the direct participation of 86 women who make up the association "Jesús del Gran Poder", it is worth noting that in the current society it is not an isolated fact the increase of violence rates towards women, showing as a result the femicides , a serious social problem that affects the family itself that is considered a pillar of society. The information was collected by applying a Resilience Scale test of Connor and Davidson 2003 to measure the level of resilience and the Intrafamily Violence Measurement Scale proposed by Dr. Julio Jaramillo 2013 to investigate the degree of gender violence in women, through the analysis of results of determination such as the development of resilience, that is, the ability to mobilize internal and external resources avoids a problem or violation of rights.
