On the other hand, the accelerated growth of the phenomenon of digital social networks, they originated the need to confirm the perception that citizens have to posts in the fanpage of Facebook of the “Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipalidad de Ambato” (GADMA), public institution belonging to the province of Tungurahua, Ecuador; at the sometimes this research proposes to design a Protocol of Action to the demands of the users of Facebook from the GADMA, due to that the research shows a need to implement a procedure to answer almost immediate and effective way the different requests of users.
