    The Ecuadorian Social Security Institute is an entity that is responsible for implementing the General Compulsory Insurance System part of the national social security system, It is now essential to take actions that will eliminate issues affecting both physically, psychologically and socially to their collaborators. It is for this reason that this research has focused on making a comprehensive analysis of the problems affecting domestic customers of the institution, in order to improve their health and relationships between co-workers, providing a good environment labor and may have the opportunity for growth and improvement contributing their knowledge and skills doing work full effectiveness and efficiency. The data collected in the survey application to internal customers of the institution indicate that it is important to take measures to control, attack and eliminate stress and professional individualism that exists between employees and they are considered to be failures improve. So the proposal resulting from the investigation to identify and propose routed by a system based on Empowerment techniques aimed at managers and all the staff of the institution, which is divided into stages to be applied in a continuous process and released through training for those involved, which in an estimated waiting time optimal and leading to positive results for improved occupational health and thus improve job performance of all its employees.
